I love the place so much! The ambiance and the hotel has a pleasant smell when you go inside. Hotel staffs were very friendly and accommodating. Our room was splendid and clean I love it! Would love to stay again.

Stay here on the days leading to Christmas. A uniquely design hotel. Location is not too bad, although not by the train station/BTS. Taxi vost about 50Bath to the nearest BTS station. Staffs are friendly & very eager to please, specially the doorman named Pol :) Room was decent size, with full amenities such as microwave & full kitchenette. Bathtub was constructed wrongly, so, yes, as many other's review, it is annoying to have a wet bathroom floor after a nice shower. But it is not a disaster.

Place looks like taken straight from stephen king universe. A bit classic yet charming. Got supermarket nearby which enable me to utilize in room microwave to the fullest. Staff is courteous and helpful with my problem. There is no dedicated desk for my work. So I need to improvise with coffee table.

Blacklist forever! We take breakfast at the restaurant. I just ask the restaurant supervisor where is the bread? She spoke very loud and replied very impolitely, we come for family vacation and she did not serve us, she’s more like to order us!

I had the most pleasant stay. Very near to public transport. A couple of walks to the bus station and river transport. The hotel has a classical feel which is great. You also get refrigerator and washing machine!

Friendly and willing staffs. I love them!

Chúng tôi ở đây 1 đêm cuối cùng trong kì nghỉ 9 ngày của chúng tôi. So với 3 khách sạn trước thì tôi thực sự thất vọng về nhân viên ở đây. Khách sạn ở xa trung tâm và không gần bất cứ phương tiện công cộng nào. Chúng tôi đến khách sạn khoảng 22:00, khi chúng tôi đến, của khách sạn đóng và không có bất cứ một nhân viên nào ra cháo mừng chúng tôi. Chúng tôi tự mang hành lý vào và khi nhân viên thấy chúng tôi mở cửa, họ vẫn đứng nói chuyện, chỉ đến khi tôi bảo check in thì mới có người ra đỡ hành lý cho chúng tôi. Đó là lần đầu tiên. Lần thứ hai là khi check in, tôi đã yêu cầu đặt báo thức vào 4 giờ sáng vì chúng tôi có chuyến bay lúc 7 giờ sáng. Tuy nhiên, không có bất cứ một cuộc gọi báo thức nào. Thứ ba, là tôi đã bảo họ đặt trước 1 taxi cho chúng tôi đi sân bay vào 4 giờ 30 phút. Không có bất cứ 1 taxi nào tới chờ chúng tôi cho tới khi tôi phải ra nói lại với họ vào sáng sớm. Suýt chút nữa tôi đã bị muộn chuyến bay. Thực sự là một ấn tượng không tốt về một khách sạn 5 sao như Metropole. Phòng trang trí với phong cách cổ kính thường có của hệ thống Metropole trên toàn thế giới. Phòng là ổn với đầy đủ tiện nghi. Tuy nhiên nếu quay lại Bangkok, tôi sẽ không quay lại đây vì nhân viên phục vụ quá tồi tệ

I had good experience at the hotel. Beautiful interiors, location close to restaurants and bars. Very comfortable beds, good TV and internet. The place could be much better if they improve their services: i didn't have menu for room service, no minibar, no slippers. After i left the room for whole day and left sign "please clean up", I came back in the evening to the dirty room, had to wait 15 min on the balcony while they cleaned. The reception staff was very nice and helpful. And some more equipment at the kitchen (i actually had only 2 glasses and 2 cups, no cutlery and plates), menu, website is missing as well. I would recommend this place anyway, just note for management, they have a lot of space to improve and get 5*
