For a Guest House (apartment unit) with 3 bedrooms, this one was managed very well by Stefano who was very responsive and professional. Even though the building is not new (with old fashioned Elevator and we need to walk the stairs a bit to reach the lift), the room we stayed in was very clean and comfortable. There is also a small kitchen set with microwave and large refrigerator along with some snacks that we can enjoy. With location only 300 M from La Spezia train station, this is definitely value for money.
