L hotel è molto grande, da la possibilità agli ospiti di utilizzare l area piscina, ristrutturata da poco, tenuta molto bene, le camere sono spaziose, la colazione è varia e servita in giardino.noi trascorriamo volentieri qualche weekend di relax.

Travelling for a wedding that took place at this hotel. Booked for 5 nights, beautiful hotel, comfortable room and outstanding service. Rooms are basic which is expected in this part of Italy, no kettle or tea and coffee available in room however comfortable bed, clean and ideal for what we needed. Fantastic spa and pool facilities. Would book again when visiting family. Supermarket and town a short drive away but too far to walk so would recommend car rental.

We stayed at hotel for our daughter's wedding and the staff went out of their way to make her day so special especially the maitre d of the restaurant.Food was very good & swimming pool amazing.

La colazione è da rivedere completamente pochissima varietà e qualità.

Struttura molto bella e personale molto gentile. La camera molto bella con terrazzino sul giardino di ingresso, le uniche due pecche sono sul bagno (evidentemente datato e che non rispecchia la modernità della camera) e sulla piscina termale che a mio parere è risultata troppo affollata per l'esigua grandezza della stessa.

We stayed over two weeks. Daily breakfast excellent Very clean, helpful staff. However pool amenities and spa are additional and not open daily. Shower stall floor is very slippery with no handrails.

An imposing property in beautiful surroundings, with lovely, well-appointed Spa. Pleasant, helpful staff; excellent buffet breakfast. Slightly let down by very limited dinner menu.

Great facilities for the family - 3 pools all available to our youngsters

Our stay was pleasant. Unfortunately air conditioning Was not working and made eung in the rooms and sleeping near impossible due to overheating. I alerted the staff 3 times to cool the room temperature finally someone came to control the problem but unfortunately the problem was not rectified

Bellissima struttura dal sapore antico. Molto presente l'odore di zolfo dovuto alle acque solfuree termali. Belli gli spazi aperti con possibilità di consumare i pasti sia all'interno che all'esterno. Belli anche gli spazi comuni all'interno della struttura. Camere abbastanza pulite ma con necessario bisogno di essere ristrutturate .

ottima location , datata 1891 ma ben tenuta . Personale attento, gentile, educato ben disposto verso il cliente . Parco piscine molto ben curato e sorvegliato a vista, per i clienti dell'hotel , con possibilità di lettini ed ombrellone. Parcheggio ivi disponibile , da ritornare

Where to begin? The hotel is beautiful, which retains many of the original features. Furniture is sympathetic to the era - so don't expect perfection. Vincenzo is the best hotelier we've ever come across, he is knowledgable, empathetic and a credit to the hotel. On his recommendations we did a number of activities locally, and it absolutely made our holiday. Breakfast is good, the room is fine especially given the price per night and the pool/wellness is delightful - with extremely attentive staff. There is a smell, which people have pointed out, but this is Telese terme water which is meant to be good for your skin - regardless, it is a cold plunge pool which is nice in the heat. The only thing that irked me was the swim hats, but here's your notice. Otherwise it is a short drive away from a number of lovely villages, eateries and attractions.

We are loyal clients of this hotel. Every year we like to come here and stay for at least a weekend. We love the location, the facilities such as the swimming pool and the spa. This year we found a big improvement and we loved more especially to have breakfast in the lovely garden.

Generally staff looks like bored if not unhappy. They definitely don't really care of clients. Breakfast is install once, if you come later, you take what ever remains, the buffets are not reloaded Restaurant is not good, we had the 25 euros pizza menu, Wednesday is pizza day. Pizza was 'ot cooked enough, the beer was 25cl and not good, dessert was industrial. Too expensive menu should' ot be more that 18 euros for such basic food. We requested mosquito candle, they had no. More while one table had 2?. Room. Is ok. swimming pool and club is nice but why people are smoking around the pool when I am swimming? Sports club where it is allowed to smoked is crazy.

La struttura dall' esterno è elegante e accattivante, dotata oltretutto di comodo parcheggio interno che mi ha indotto a consigliarla anche al collega con cui avrei lavorato l'indomani. Purtroppo le camere non sono all' altezza delle apparenze esterne, anzi versano in condizioni che nemmeno negli ostelli si dovrebbero trovare. Le camere sono piuttosto datate ma il vero problema è la scarsa manutenzione: bagni con muffe, scrostature e ruggine in più punti. Box doccia fatiscente e con scarico intasato. La receptionist, con molta poca professionalità, mi risponde impropriamente che purtroppo alcune camere sono "in ristrutturazione" e quando le chiedo perché non ci avesse dato una camera non "in ristrutturazione" risponde di non averne altre disponibili (cosa da me prontamente smentita visto che sul portale alle ore 23 me ne risultavano disponibili ben 9). Da professionista che viaggia continuamente per lavoro ho trovato questa permanenza (oltretutto neanche economica) a dir poco indecente, e ho provato imbarazzo anche per aver consigliato l'hotel al collega. La ciliegina sulla torta: la piscina è a pagamento se si arriva la sera e la si vuole utilizzare la mattina, anche utilizzandola solo per mezz'ora prima di fare il checkout. Qui il cliente è solo un mezzo per far soldi, pazienza se non lo si accontenta e lo si accomoda tra muffe e ruggine, in camere da ristrutturare, l'importante è che paghi! Da evitare.

Bellisdimo hotel. Da non mancare!
