Room and the whole place was pleasant and sparkling clean.

I stayed in a shared room and the hotel delivered what it promised. The staff were very kind, as I was leaving very early, they prepared a snack for me to take with me, which was very kind. The cleaning is good but it miss in the details, and the comfort is what you would expect from a shared room. The view from the common area is beautiful, and the pools are very good.

Programe mal mi reservación. Me confundí de día y llegué un día después . Y por obvias razones solo aproveche el desayuno que venía incluido, me bañe y salí rumbo a otro lugar

早朝出発の際、頼んでおけば、サンドイッチのランチboxを作ってくれた。また、プールに入って涼む事がとても癒やしになった。

Special mention to the front desk person Sandy. She really helped me out with flight changes, went above and beyond. The room was nice, sharing one bathroom with 6 people it was quite dirty but once the cleaners came through it was fine. great location and if you aren't there in the morning for breakfast they make a sandwich for you to take with you.

No pusieron el aire acondicionado. Supuestamente lo enciende a las 8 pm y no lo hicieron. El internet nunca funcionó y lo reporte y nunca lo arreglaron.

Great location, friendly staff and clean. Had a good stay here. Beds were good, air condition in the dorm (!!!) and locker as well. Great sunset view over the lake from both the pool and restaurant.

Lovely place, pretty calm, right in front of the Petén Itzá Lake, where you can take a swim.

Adorei o Hostel. Localização perfeita, mesmo em frente ao lago e junto a muitos restaurantes. Com piscina. Pequeno almoço variado e muito bom. Apenas o check in foi mais demorado do que devia. Não estavam a encontrar a minha reserva. De resto tudo perfeito.

Great Hostel

This was the best hostel we stayed at in Guatemala. The service is great and the hostel itself is very nice. The breakfast was also very good and they have a variety to choose from.

Great location, view to the lake, friendly staff. They also have a good restaurant at the hotel.

El hotel es perfecto para un grupo de amigos. Hay dormitorios pequeños solo para dormir y cuartos más grandes. El restaurante LA CHAYA es el mejor de todo Flores!

We booked a room with 2 other friends. Should have been a 4 bed dorm. But they told us the don‘t have it and we need to share with 2 other people. The room is way to small for 6 people and it was a really bad smell and a higher humidity than in the jungle. The location is good and breakfast is good as well. But the room was a disaster and really ungealthy to sleep there
