Always a pleasant stay at Somerset. By far the best accommodation in Alabang.

This is my 2nd time staying here. The hotel is perfect for family accommodation. My bathtub request was given this time and I very much love the service. However, need some improvement on the type of food they serve for breakfast. Hopefully, more option for toddler.

1) Cleanliness and comfy: very good! 2) Service: good because staff calls you to check if you need something or if you have problems encountered. Waitress at the resto during breakfast was very attentive and approchable 3) Location: accessible to festival mall and fastfoods. Walking distance lang 4) Food: tama lang. Other food served during breakfast were a bit cold.

Somerset is remarkable. The one (1) bedroom deluxe is spacious and has complete appliances and accessories. The kitchen (if you love to cook) is minimalist in design but has complete cookware. The sofa on the living room is perfect, very comfortable. The bathroom is spacious with bath tub. And of course, the room has a king bed with the best pillows - we had a good sleep. The stay comes with a complimentary buffet breakfast for two. Food is just right - no wow factor. The swimming pool is great. They also have a small playhouse for the kids and a gym. The only negative I can share is our experience with the parking area. The guard gave us a slot which they already gave to a different guest. This is just minor but I ended up waiting and transferring our car from one slot to another. But over all, the service is excellent. From the reservations, to lobby attendant, restaurant staffs, pool attendant; all are well trained and courteuos. I highly recommend Somerset Alabang your home in the south.

We stayed for a night, with my 2 kids. The room is clean and neat. The staff are all friendly and they made sure our stay was comfortable. Amenities kept my son busy. Not much options on their buffet breakfast, but food was great. Overall - they deserve their 9.++ rating. Of all the hotels in Alabang, I would choose Somerset. 😊

The room was nice but a little smaller compared to other hotels in Alabang. But the bed is nice. The water in the pool is too cold. Can't stay longer than 30mins. We were there to celebrate my birthday because i wanted a really nice breakfast for my birthday but we got disappointed because there's not so much to choose from..very few choices for a buffet type of breakfast. I think Crimson still has the best to offer in terms of room, facilities and food! Sorry just saying. Although the staff in Somerset were nice..that's the only thing we liked about the whole stay.

The size of the room is just the way I want.It is clean and has all the things that I need. But the service is not that good, no tap water and even ice.
