Great location next to the park and port area! Our room was spacious, clean, and modern, especially the bathroom where it exceeded European expectations. The daily breakfast was exquisite with a wide selection. There are also plenty of coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. It made for a fun and relaxing stay in Helsinki!

Absolutely best location and breakfast and wonderful staff

This is a very beautifully planned and maintained property with an exceedingly competent and welcoming staff. They went to great lengths to accommodate our particular needs. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Loistava hotelli! Palvelu henkilökohtaista ja mieleenpainuvaa. Huoneet tilavia, puhtaita ja viihtyisiä. Sijainti loistava. Ainoa pieni miinus aamiaisesta, mutta muuten erinomaistakin parempi.

The hotel was excellent. Great location. The staff was impeccable. We enjoyed all amenities and had a wounder room Will stay again upn need.

We stayed in one of the courtyard rooms. Very impressed by the standard of the room. Great bed. Breakfast was also excellent. Huge choice of continental breakfast items many of which were lactose free which is a huge bonus for me. Hotel does not have a restaurant and the bar is not open Sundays or Mondays. There are many other bars and restaurants in the area. I would absolutely stay in this hotel again.

Excellent

This hotel is located in the centre of Helsinki (two streets from the City Hall and harbour). The staff are very good and friendly - all speak fluent English. The rooms, whilst excellent, are very modern in design. The breakfast has a large variety of options. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great customer service and location. Mika was wonderful!! He worked hard to make us happy and comfortable during our stay. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Would definitely stay there again. The hotel is convenient located near many tourist attractions.

Flott, sentralt og nyoppusset hotell med store rom og god frokost - anbefales på det sterkeste!

Yövyimme perheen kanssa 44 m2 huoneessa, joka oli loistava valinta lapsiperheelle. Huone oli siisti. Henkilökunta avuliasta ja aamiainen todella hyvä! Kaikki toimi hyvin ja sijainti oli mahtava!

They charged me 3 nights even I told them I can't travel due to a force majeure issue on my visa. Horrible.

Breakfast was very delicious with a lot of choices.Room was clean and bed was very comfortable to sleep.Location is perfect for explore major attractions on feet.Staff was welcomed and you cal leave luggage no charge if arriving before check in time.

Staff so nice and professional. Near to many places and convenient for transport and restaurants and even a grocery store. Best hair dryer ever! Comfy bed. Breakfast so healthy and filling.
