7월초 성수기 기간에 물품이 대부분 부족해서 정말 숙박이 불편했습니다. 첫째, 수건이 없어 교체가 안되고 발수건을 타월로 쓰라고 준비해둔 모습에 정말 충격적이었습니다. 아침조식에는 접시는 4일중 3일이 없었고, 포크 같은 기본물품도 없었습니다. 우유와 커피도 떨어지는 날이 있었고, 대부분의 음식이 부족하여 직원에게 물어보면 주문을 했는데 아직 오지 않았다는 답을 들었습니다. 카운트에 직원은 대부분 자리에 있지 않았습니다. 지금까지 여러지역 햄프트 인을 이용했는데, 가장 조식이 별로였고, 수건이 이렇게 부족한 호텔은 처음 경험했습니다.

We were supposed to get 3 king rooms. One got a double and complete different floor. We a week ahead and we’re there exactly at 4 to check in. Seemed like it was because we went through “ 3rd party”. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Pool was pretty cold too.

We had a great stay. For those who are health conscious, this Hampton Inn has a decent hotel gym.

Stayed here for the Bills game, and it was great. A bit far from the stadium, so needed to call an Uber, but that’s not the hotels fault. Nice breakfast too!

Very clean and comfortable

The staff is really nice, we were on the 2nd floor and we had children in the room above us that didn’t lets my husband and I sleep all night jump and throwing things on the floor. I called the front desk they spoke with the parents they kept the kids quiet for 5 mins after that they began again. It started for 2:30am until 9:30am hotel is nice but I won’t stay here again. The wall are super thin and can hear everything from the other room.

The overnight front desk clerk, Alvena?, was so friendly and helpful.

Uncomfortable bed. Staff was friendly but there were too few of them. Too much was expected from too few.

Great location! Clean, helpful staff, great water pressure. Looks very new and updated!
