After long flight and city traffic jam, we arrived at hotel at night. Showerhead has broken down at a assigned room, so we asked to change room serval times to a staff of front desk. She denied to change room saying that there was no available room at that night. After an other employee checked the showerhead at bathroom. she changed my room at around midnight. Especially she didn't even apologize about that.

The staff was nice. The breakfast was OK, the eggs were tasty, but they were cold. The salad was a little bit bizarre and wilted. Coffee kind of tasted like sock water. The room was super comfortable, though. My only complaint is that the showerhead is really cheap and ruins showing. The first night it was broken so they promptly replaced it with another lousy showerhead. Also, I put the towels on the ground to be replaced and they were just put back on the shelf. Apart from that, no complaints. I slept like a baby all four nights.

Excellent place, near everything. Staff was nice to my daughter, my wife and my self. Breakfast has to change a little bit more, and the way they have the restroom set up has to change too. But overall it was a great hotel.

They served a full breakfast every morning, which was good. Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly.

Great location. Room was on the smaller side, but all was clean. The halls were a little dark and warm, but the A./C in the room worked really good.

Como hice early check in, el personal que me atendió muy amable pero tal vez por entrar mas temprano el cuarto le faltaba limpiar bien el.piso se miraba sucio. El breakfast no era muy bueno esta bien todo lo que ofrecían pero lo que cocinaban no tenía muy buen aspecto y no muy bueno, pero lo que tienen muy bueno que siempre tienen café y te a todas horas.

O quarto é amplo, bem equipado. O colchão da cama é um pouco mole, mas confortável. O serviço de quarto é bom. O ponto fraco do hotel é o café da manhã. Além de ser restrito, a aparência e o sabor dos produtos expostos não são bons. Merece uma atenção urgente da equipe do hotel. A localização do hotel é o ponto alto, próximo a restaurantes, bares e comércios. O lugar é bem movimentado, inclusive a noite, tornando o lugar seguro e conveniente para quem gosta de fazer as coisas andando.

Had a lovely 2-nights stay at this ibis Styles! The staff were friendly and helpful (combined my personal reservation with one booked thru my tour, saving me from having to change rooms). The double-bed room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Loved how central and safe the location felt, with plenty of food options nearby and easy access to public transit & the Paseo de la Reforma. The free water refill station was a nice touch, and the breakfast was great. Would definitely stay here again!

La habitación está limpia, aunque el drenaje de la regadera deja escapar olor, le falta una trampa; el personal es amable y atento, las camaristas dejan las habitaciones limpias y son cuidadosas con los objetos que se dejan en la habitación; el desayuno es completo e incluye huevo, chilaquiles, embutidos, queso, pan, frita, jugos naturales, granola, cereales, waffles y café.
