After long flight and city traffic jam, we arrived at hotel at night. Showerhead has broken down at a assigned room, so we asked to change room serval times to a staff of front desk. She denied to change room saying that there was no available room at that night. After an other employee checked the showerhead at bathroom. she changed my room at around midnight. Especially she didn't even apologize about that.

Room was ok, bed was hard!

There was no heating system in the room in November and it was cold at nights in the room. There was no kettle in the room to prepare coffee or tea. There was no safe box and iron. There's a common iron room in the same floor. Food options were very limited and included meat in the eggs, which is not convenient for vegetarians. Breakfast must be improved for people from Europe, Asia, and US.

The breakfast offered meals native to Mexico along with the traditional items available for continental breakfast. Staff was super friendly, approachable and always willing to assist.

La limpieza si mucho polvo la habitación ,piso y muebles seria bueno supervisar

El único detalle que le vi fue que el baño es de cristales y en las uniones se filtra el agua de la regadera.

Buena ubicación, muy conveniente, te queda cerca todo. El único detalle que le veo, es el baño, en lugar de pared, es de cristales y tenía filtraciones la regadera por la parte de las uniones de los cristales, también, por la parte de la caja de la tasa del baño.

No tenían una de las habitaciones lista y cuando nos la entregaron había aún basura en el basurero de la habitación.

Bonita habitación, el aire acondicionado funcionaba de maravilla (indispensable porque la habitación no tiene ventilación natural). Presión y temperatura de la ducha excelente. Dedayuno variado, buen servicio

Todo súper bien. Muy atento la persona que estaba en recepción y hasta una copa de vino me ofreció.

Pesimo servicio por parte del pesonal.

El recepcionista fue grosero y mal educado, el servicio de estacionamiento fue pésimo.

El hotel se encuentra en el corazón de la zona rosa, por lo que debes considerar que habrá mucho ruido y movimiento en las calles alrededor. La habitación estaba cómoda, el desayuno me pareció demasiado sencillo, preferí ir a desayunar a otro lado.
