The room was so dirty and the bed too

Terrible stay. Room was filthy. Dog pee on the floor dirty beds! Just filth everywhere in the room like it was never cleaned. Nasty bathroom smoke detectors torn off wall hole in wall. Could see out the door even when shut as the door didn’t close properly. Online said $20 pet fee upon arrival they charged $30 said online was a lie! No continental breakfast only had one packaged muffin and Welch’s gummies. Rooms stink as well! Desk person did not care. Oh sign on counter says no refund after 10 minutes of being there!!! Takes that long to get to your room once checked in. Rooms do not look like online picture… very false advertising!

The property was a good overall stay for the price.

Broken lights, dirty...sheets were not clean.

Grounds were dangerous just to walk on. Sheets were stained. I to request working lamps. Holes in wall in bathroom. Bathroom door knob broken plus it would not shut. Window shades would not close completely.

The plunbing was not working. There was no coffee pot or vending machines. I had to call to get a front desk clerk to check in. The door was bent and wouldnt lock. It was terrible.

For $75 a night cant ask for much. Bed was comfortable and water was hot. But going off the Fruit Flies in the room and the questionable stains on the towels the room might have been a murder scene previously. Staff on front office was friendly! Would stay again but bringing my own towels and a can of Raid.

It was extremely clean but toilet seat was broken. Needed to check in 40 minutes early and was told a $30 charge. So wanted to wait but needed to pee and was told lobby bathroom was out of order. The bad coffee and only breakfast offer was a muffin and honey bun. Only 2 of each of these were put out.A big plus was the young lady came to show me how to work the 2 remote controls for the TV.

Was good for older property. I needed a safe clean place for overnight business travel. I worked great for me. Clean room and linens where clean. Hot showers and comfy bed.

Person working front desk was not able to see our booking. Sent us next door to different hotel saying they are owned by same person. Said they sometimes get mixed up, even after I showed them the confirmation email. I went next door, that person was very helpful by calling the owner directly. The owner found the booking and called the 1st person. Then, the booking was found, but showed canceled. I believe the 1st person canceled it, but can not prove it. I was instructed that I would have to call Expedia for the refund, and would have to pay for a room again. Its now after midnight, so I don't want to go elsewhere. After 27 minutes on hold, a refund was finally granted. It took 1.5 hours to get settled into the room and the call completed. After driving 10 hours, expecting to get 8 hours sleep, this issue reduced our sleep time to 6 hours or less because now I can't sleep due to the frustration!!!

No chair or desk(large table and dirty couch)No Kleenex or clothes hangars; No coffee maker and only 1waste basket; hair dryer switch broken (only worked by resetting plug breaker); Air/heater unit writing over controls scratched off; Coffee in lobby like motor oil and 2 packaged muffins to pick from; toilet refill made whining noise audible from other room. Only positives - friendly and helpful Desk Clerk, clean bed and linens and nice gray shower surround.
