전체 평가 및 리뷰 Central Apartments - Integrated Hotel Zadar

호스트 친절하고 조식 좋았음. 올드타운내에 차량 출입불가로 케리어 끌고 갈 수 없었으나. 관광하기는 좋은 위치였음. 다시 머물것임.

호텔에 방이 여러개가 있는데 방을 고르는 시스템이 아닌것같아요. 방을 받았는데 제가 사진으로 본 방이 전혀 아니었고 주방도 없었지만, 4인방, 에어컨, TV가 있는 같은(??) 방이라고 하더라고요. 분명 다른 방이었지만 어차피 하룻밤 잠만 잘거고 컨시어지가 친절해서 굳이 문제삼지 않았어요. 주차장은 35유로내고 미리 예약하면 돼요. 비싸지만 위치가 좋아서 주차는 매우 마음에 들었어요.

친절하고, 편안한 분위기였다. 주변 관광지하고 가까워 편리한 위치였으며, 무엇보다 찾기가 용이했다. 그래서 1박을 더 신청했다.

3명이 예약으로 1명은 쇼파베드를 사용했다. 그런데 침대 커버와 이불을 준비해주지 않아 여분보관에서 찾아 사용함 대성당 입구라 위치는 좋은데 숙소 입구가 어두워 불편함.무료 아침도 형편없음

This room was not clean. There wasn’t the elevator. 방에 먼지가 많아서 잠을 자는 동안 불쾌했음. 화장실도 하수구 냄새같은게 나서 역했음. 침구, 화장실 등 청결관리가 핑요함. 밥이 맛있다는 후기가 있었으나, 오믈렛이 느끼함. 엘베도 없어서 짐갖고 올라가기 힘듬. 전체적으로 최악수준.

위치도좋고 호스트도 너무좋았어요~! 근데 객실을 다른걸로 배정을 해줘서 무슨 오류가있었는진 모르겠지만 ㅠ 제가예약한 객실에서 투숙을 못했습니다 말해서 다른객실로바꾸긴했는데.. 처음 배정받은객실은 너무 안좋았어요 ㅠㅠ

제일 높은 층을 써서 그런지 뷰가 좋음. 다만, 엘리베이터가 없이 올라가야한다는 단점이 있어서 짐이 크고 무거우면 고려해야함. 아파트먼츠이기때문에 큰 간판이 없어서 찾기 어렵지만 그럴땐 전화나 문자로 연락하면 찾아와주심. 아침 조식때 먹은 토스트와 직접만들었다는 쨈은 정말 최고.. 그리고 주방용품은 다 구비되어 있지만, 헤어드라이기는 없으니 참고하시길.

숙소의 위치가 아주 좋습니다. 창밖으로 성당이 보입니다. 소파침대도 2개로 만들수 있어서 4인 가족이 숙박하기에 적합합니다. 다만 아침 무료 식사 제공이 8시 부터이고, 음식 제공하는데 시간이 오래 걸리는 것이 단점입니다.

The location was easy to find as long as you have the right address. The staff, Karlo, was the most friendly and professional staff that I have ever met during my trip in Europe. The apartment that I reserved was absolutely fantastic. It was spacious, and the bed and bedclothes were fine without any bedbug. The sofa was cosy and WiFi was very strong. The bathroom was nice as well with amenities equipped. There was a little balcony as well where you can enjoy the beautiful sunset of Zadar. The location of the apartment was great as you could easily reach any attractions in Zadar only by walking a few minutes. Overall, the stay at Central Apartments Integrated Hotel was literally perfect thanks to Karlo and the nice apartment. If I happen to visit Zadar again, I would first check whether I could stay at this apartment again or not, as it guarantees a perfect stay in Zadar.

처음 reception을 찾는데 어려움이 좀 있었습니다. 차가 들어갈 수 없는 지역에 reception이 있어서 차를 어디어 놓고 어떻게 오라고 자세히 지침이 있었으면 좋겠어요. 그외 시설이나 주변 환경은 매우 만족스러웠습니다.

A localização é ótima!!! Limpo e organizado

excelente, el anfitrion muy amable y los apartamentos muy buenos, renovados, cómodos, bien localizados.

We were traveling by ferry to Zadar and picked Central Apartments because of its location to the ferry port and it is in the middle of the Old Town. The rooms were very comfortable and nicely decorated. We especially liked the breakfast selections available to us. We would gladly stay here again if we ever visited Zadar.

Karlo foi super atencioso nos recebendo muito bem. O hotel tem uma ótima localização junto ao centro da Old Town

Chambre avec vue sur la Cathédrale Sainte-Anastasie : quel bonheur chaque matin ! Il est idéalement situé dans le vieux centre-ville de Zadar. Malgré sa situation centrale, c'était assez calme (on y est allé fin octobre). Ce n'est pas vraiment un hôtel au sens français mais plutôt un Airbnb professionnel où vous allez chercher les clés dans le restaurant d'à côté. Vous êtes à 5 min de taxi de la gare routière.

I did not find the property to be very clean. The floors were clearly dirty as well as the couch. However, of the options in Zadar, this is one of the best choices.

Dans la salle de bains: forte odeur d'humidité, petite capacité de chauffe eau pour 3 personnes, douche précaire, abattant toilettes non fixé, tiroirs du meuble en dessous du lavabo brinquebalants. Dans la cuisine: robinet non fixé, frigo plein d'eau, éléments de cuisine non serrés. Dans la chambre du salon: pas de couverture Dans la chambre attenante: literie très moyenne, pas de table de chevet.

Nice personal and perfect location…..

Location was fantastic but be prepared to walk up lots of stairs. Old city centre totally walkable but this always means parking is a few blocks away. Breakfast included plus discount if you eat any other meals there. Suite itself good, but unfortunately smelly bathroom drains that may be due simply to an old building that the host may have no control over. Keep the door closed so the sleeping area doesn’t pick up the smell. Overall good but if you’re picky go elsewhere. Host was great.
