호텔 내부가 매우 고급스럽고 편안했습니다. 역사적인 건물에서 숙박 할 수 있다는 것이 정말 행운이라고 생각합니다. 방 한가운데 걸린 샹들리에는 사랑스러운 분위기를 만들었고, 침구는 굉장히 포근했습니다. 3명이라 쇼파베드를 사용했는데 크게 불편하지 않았습니다. 욕실도 정말 만족스러웠습니다. 스파 지역라서 그런지 물도 좋은거 같았어요! 피부도 미끈해지는거 같았어요. 조식 중 컨티넨탈은 가지수가 적었지만 요리와 함께 먹으면 적당했습니다. 맛있어요:) roman bath, bath abbey는 10분정도 거리였고, 거리 끝에 있는(2분거리) 미술관도 너무 좋았어요! ** 처음에 갔던 방에는 하수구?냄새가 나서 방을 바꿔달라고 해서 다른 방으로 갔는데 냄새가 나지 않아서 다행이었습니다. バースは初めての旅行でしたが、ホテルの所在地も素晴らしい場所にあり、施設の中もその雰囲気を保ったとてもおしゃれな空間でした。 日本の高級旅館のイギリス版に泊まったような感覚でした。

The hotel is quirky and in a great location. The bed is comfortable but there was very little room either side of the bed to get in or out. There was a coffee machine but no milk in the room. No shaver sockets in bathroom. The hot/cold adjuster in shower was broken. Very expensive for what it was.

This is our second visit, we love it here.

Great room and wonderful service, they were also very accommodating with my baby. However a couple of things made this stay not quite 5* - the massage at the spa was ok but definitely not worth the £100, the room was also pretty cold in the night and the water in the shower was luke warm at best. Despite this, we still had a pleasant stay and the location of this property is excellent.

The hotel was lovely! The only issue we had was that we had to wait 15 minutes to be able to park our car (£25 charge) because a contractor had his large van blocking the way. This meant we were then delayed with a quick lunch before our spa booking, which we were also sadly late to.

Cosy, charming, authentic, beautiful, personal and friendly! Recommended for those travellers who appreciate something different from the standard hotel chain experiences (and who are willing to pay a bit extra for it)

Loved the pantry, the coach house, (newly renovated) was beautiful. loved the record player!

Wonderful hotel! Love the convenience of the location. We were able to walk everywhere, dinning and city sites were very close. Staff were super friendly and very accommodating.

Complaint to hotel.

We stayed in the coach house, which was fantastic. The spa experience, food and location were all excellent. A fantastic base to walk around a wonderful city. I can’t recommend highly enough.

Clean and convenient location.

What a great find! From start to finish the staff we're extra helpful, I booked a room that wasn't assessable in a wheelchair butt he staff contacted me and sent me pictures of why the room couldn't be accessed with a wheelchair and switched rooms with no fuss. We had breakfast their and can say it was the best breakfast a hotel has ever offered! Will drf br staying again!

Had a good stay but not a great stay. I booked a small guest room for my partner’s birthday. For two nights for almost £500 I was very disappointed in the size of the room. I appreciate it’s a small room but it was very very small. We were in room 5 - an attic type room. It was hard to walk around all sides of the bed. We had a small window that was half blocked by a concrete type bit of the building. I got the impression rooms 4 & 5 were add ons as they had a small entrance way. We stayed at the same hotel in York and loved it but the room here in Bath fell short of our expectations. I just don’t think a hotel at this price point / reputation should sell tiny rooms at this price. We loved the location and had a nice drink in the bar and were served by really friendly bar staff. Room was extremely clean too. Unfortunately we left disappointed.

Bath is a small city so almost everything is walking distance from the hotel. The hotel decorations are stylish. Breakfast options were very good. The staff very friendly and welcoming. We had challenges with parking but were directed towards the closest public parking place. Would definitely come back.

This is a lovely boutique hotel, located in the heart of Bath. The neighborhood is ideal, as it is residential yet bordering the city centre. The accommodations are a beautiful blend of English charm and modern style. The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful. The bar/restaurant serves delicious cuisine. Loved this place and hope to return.

Love this quirky hotel. Very comfortable rooms although on this occasion there was a lot of noise from floor above which shook the chandelier from 5am.
