이 호텔에는 객실이 -1 층에도 있다. 리셉션보다 아래층. 조식부페 먹는곳 옆으로. 창문은 있어 다행이나 절대 커튼을 열어보면 안될정도. 작은 룸으로 뷰없이 예약하고 얼리체크인 안하면 지하층 방에 갈수있다. 얼리 체크인시 리셉션 옆 그라운드 층을 배정받을수도 있겠다. 강하게 컴플레인시 하루쯤 방을 바꿔주기도 하는데 그래봐야 리셉션 층 옆방. 생각보다 위치도 좋지 않은데, 테르미니 역에서 메트로 한정거장이지만 걷기에는 너무 멀고, 호텔앞 출구 테르미니역 방향과 콜로세오 방향중 한 방향은 많은 계단을 올라야해서, 테르미니역을 통해 로마를 출입할경우 적어도 한번은 무거운 여행가방을 들고 이 계단을 밟아야한다 . 대표적인 관광지 콜로세오만 걸어갈수도 있으나 역시 메트로 한정거장 거리. 로마 관광해보니 주요관광지는 이쪽이 아니다.

The hotel has all requirements for my perfect stay. Great location. I was able to reach the entrance of the hotel by car - which was very important for me as I had 3 heavy suitcases. There was a porter to help with that. Amazing. 24 hours front desk. Lift in a hotel. Very clean room. Good power of the shower and water was hot as I like. Great breakfast. I was using laundry services and was very pleased with them - the delivery was quick, the quality great and the price affordable.

Overall, the hotel was average. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable enough. I would likely stay here again.

Great service, friendly people, amazing location. The location was absolutely key and the place had wonderful reviews. Monti is definitely the best area to stay in Rome in my opinion. I give 4 stars instead of 5 because there are other options that are similar for less expensive. I don’t think it fully justified the price point. Overall we were very happy though and had a wonderful time.

Very well located, really liked the hotel, they gave us an upgrade to the presidential suite, they were very kind all around.

The reception was nice and helpful, the process was easy, room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was simple and delicious. The hotels location is excelent to move around the city, walking or by metro the hotel is an excelent starting point. We love the place and will probably stay there in our next trip to rome.
