아주 좋았어요. 객실 업그레이드 특전을 받았어요. 감사합니다. 다음에 또 묵을 거예요. 👌🏻☺️

BTS 역과 쇼핑몰 근처 최고의 호텔

The check-in staff is not as attentive and kind as in my previous stay in another hotel a few days before this. I am given a room on the 10th floor facing the pool (on the 8th floor), but day 1 is a disaster as they have live music till 11.30 pm on the 8th floor and it is very noisy. The check-in staff did not even consider that I came with two kids. The hotel is not a child-friendly hotel, as they don't have a kid TV channel. While the hotel is strategically located near BTS & 2 malls, I would not recommend this hotel for families with kids and you better choose many hotels in the surrounding area. I definitely will not stay in this hotel if I have my next visit to Bangkok.

โรงแรมดี พนักงานน่ารัก อยู่ใกล้ bts พร้อมพงษ์ เดินทางสะดวกสบาย ถ้ามีโอกาศจะมาพีกที่นี้อีกนะคะ 😄😄

정말 좋은 호텔이었어요. 직원분들도 친절하고 식사도 훌륭했어요. 제 방이 스위트룸으로 업그레이드되어서 놀랐어요. 방이 너무 깨끗했고, Tik 덕분에 방 청소도 할 수 있었어요. 제 사무실 근처라 걸어서 5분 정도면 비라즈 타워에 도착할 수 있었어요. 다음에 또 묵을 거예요. 따뜻한 환대에 감사드립니다.

Sangat menyenangkan untuk tinggal beberapa hari di sini, kebersihan kamar sangat saya acungin.
