위치가 좋아서 old port. 근처를 걸어다닐 수 있어 좋았고. 특히 공항버스를 탈 수 있는 정류장이 바로 앞에 있어서 매우 편리했습니다. 시설이나 청결도는 딱 3성급 수준이었습니다. 그런데 객실에 창문이 없어 환기를 할 수 없는 것이 큰 단점입니다. 프런트의 직원분들은 모두 친절했습니다.

Excellent value for the money.

The front desk staff warmly welcomed me upon arrival, which I appreciated. However, when I asked questions regarding the CA$200 deposit for the property, they suddenly became impolite and brushed off my concerns. They even forgot to give me my hotel key card. I understand that many tourists probably ask the same questions, but it is still their responsibility to respond politely. Fortunately, when I checked out, a different staff member assisted me. He was friendly and kind enough to answer my questions. The location is convenient, as it is close to 2 subway stations. I was able to walk to major spots such as Chinatown, the Basilica, Old Port, Eaton Shopping Mall, etc. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi, although it was not as fast as I had hoped. The room I stayed in was spacious, with a fair-sized TV, adequate lighting, a large sofa, and a fridge. The bed was comfortable for the night. However, the room did not include a kettle, microwave, safety box, or ice machine. The bedsheets and towels looked clean, which was a relief. Unfortunately, there is no housekeeping service on weekdays. The amenities include two hand soap bars and one soap dispenser for hair/conditioner/body wash. The walls are not soundproof, so you can hear construction outside the hotel. In the end, you get what you pay for, so don’t expect too much. While the location is convenient and the price is budget-friendly, the rooms are basic and somewhat outdated.

yes shops nearby , clean room and fast wifi and tje staff is helpful .

Oui.chambre propre bien pour le.prix 28$ de plus pour le.parking mais demeure.quand.même raisonnable.j'y retournerais.sans hésitez 🙂

La prise de la chambre à 16h, accessible avant (comme tous les autres hôtel) avec frais Dépôt de sécurité de 200$ (beaucoup plus que les autres place) Hôtel peu dispendieux, mais voilà pourquoi Nous avons oublier une paire de lunette dans la chambre et il nous l'ont jamais remis

You have what you pay for… and it’s cheap so…

There is NO breakfast although Expedia says there is. There isn't even a coffeemaker in the rooms. There is no adjacent restaurant. Parking is $30 a night. You need to walk a couple of blocks to Ste Catherine's to find any restaurants

Perfect location and staff super gentil!!!

Parking was abysmal. Deposit $200, i wanted to leave cash, they said it goes up to $400 if you leave cadh deposit. Work being done, heavy equipment in corridor of 2nd floor. Heating took a long time to kick on.

dirty walls/ stained bedding and pillows. Staff did nothing to rectify.

The staff could be a little more welcoming after all - YOU'RE THE GUESTS. It does the job for the price. Great location zero extra amenities. There was dangerous ice directly out front for my two days that they didn't seem to care about one iota. Goes to caring for guest safety. Not impressed!
