The room was excellent. Clean, modern, good toilet and shower. Although breakfast was not included a "continental" meal, juice,cereal, toast etc was provided. Excellent. The premises are on a busy road (my room was at the front) so the window needed to be closed. This did not affect me but it might to others. Would I stay here again? Definitely!

Free parking was really great. They included some breakfast which we didn't expect. Was clean and tidy and the room was restocked with water, coffee, milk ect. Only negative comments are, room was too small, had to put our cases in my van. Was too hot and the fan was a waste of time. No window in the bathroom, our bed sqeaked everytime we moved. Not right sure how it's got excellent rating. The owner didn't even speak to us when we walked past her when we checked out. Thanks kev wareing

Lovely guest house, Caroline very welcoming, good breakfast selection. Quiet room with view of Poole Park.

It was the front room of a townhouse converted to a bnb so there were no thrills. The bathroom was ensuite and had free wifi which was not secure but did the job if you’re using other security measures. There was no do not disturb tag for the door and I think someone entered my room while I was still asleep.

Lovely room, nice simple but well stocked self service breakfast, comfy bed, very clean and tidy bathroom. My double room was a good size for me, and the location so near to Poole park is great.

We were visiting Poole for 4 nights during June. When we arrived we were able to park on the forecourt which was very convenient. We were greeted by Caroline who was very welcoming. She explained everything that we might need to know about the hotel. Then she told us about the local area, buses etc. The hotel was very clean. There were little touches, such as large bottles of water and tissues, in the room. The cold breakfast was excellent

Already have excellent place to stay

A comfortable and clean place to stay. Poole Park just a short walk away. Excellent help yourself breakfast in the form of fresh fruit and yougurt or cereal, toast and coffee. The downside is the front rooms suffer from traffic noise from the main road.

Comfortable single room, spotless! Comfortable bed and I slept like a log. The breakfast was amazing. I had a wonderful fresh fruit salad, different each day, with yogurt, and a selection of seeds and dried fruit. There was a selection of cereals. The full English was delicious, beautifully cooked and piping hot and my need to stay gluten free was met without problem. There were also vegan and vegetarian options. The host was delightful and the location very convenient for both the harbour and beaches.

The owners were very friendly and helpful. The guest house was located in a perfect location for me as I love to walk. Pool Park and the harbour plus shops were in walking distance.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights in one of the double rooms. The owners were lovely, really kind and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. The room was nice & cosy, and I absolutely loved the theme! The car park was small but we didn’t have any trouble parking. Location was good.. We were a stone throw away from Poole park which is beautiful, and not too far away from the Dolphin shopping centre and Poole Quay. We would 100% stay here again.

We had a great stay. Location is brilliant and the service was great. Would definitely recommend and we will be coming back again.

Excellent. They had literally thought it everything you could need in the accommodation, making for an enjoyable, comfortable and convenient stay. Great breakfast too. We hope to return.
