위치 좋고 밥 해먹을 수 있고 슈퍼 가깝고 침대 정말 편하고 주차장이 멀다는 게 흠이라면 흠 사진은 숙소 앞 도로임

Amazing room! Nice and clean room! I had issues with first room code not unlocking but quickly got moved to another room right away! Would come back again!

The kitchen was fully equipped, including a dish washer. A very pleasant surprise was the Nespresso machine. The washer dryer were excellent and so handy. Ease of reaching staff when help needed was excellent. Please make sure that these comments reach Simplissimo., and especially the staff at Milton Park Hotel.

I lived in Montreal for 7 years and this is the best loft I’ve seen in the city. Super worth it, beautifully set up. Now that I know it’s there I will absolutely rent again

We had a two night stay here. Excellent accommodation set up with a separate bedroom, bathroom, and full kitchen and seating area. Wi-fi worked very well although the TV was confusing and one TV set only had two channels available for some reason. Check in process/checking out was good overall. Would recommend for short and long stays. Good supermarket a few minutes away which was an added bonus.

Modern room. Exterior environnement dirty. Trash on the stairs exit. Feeling unsecure outside with shouting homeless people.

My wife had a rashy on her body after staying 2 nights. I think there must be some sanitary issue in this residence.

The property was immaculate. Easy to access and near downtown shopping. This was an awesome property.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet appartement. Il est spacieux et il y a vraiment tout ce dont on a besoin pour y séjourner. Petit bémol sur l’usure du mobilier. Je pense qu’un bon rafraîchissement ne ferait pas de mal ;)

Super bel appartement. Très propre. Secteur un peu trash beaucoup de sans abris.

The suite was big and beautiful. Very clean inside. Within a 20minute walk to everything. Only downfall was the garbage in the hallway was extremely unpleasant smelling. It was eventually moved.

The place is safe, clean and so quiet. You got everything to cook which is amazing!!

The apartment was gorgeous. Great amenities. Comfy beds and having laundry was a huge plus. The only negative is the area. There were homeless right outside the property. One morning a man way lying in the street right outside the door. I didn’t feel very safe walking in front of the property and I think it’s near a homeless shelter. I was shouted at multiple times and had to walk around people doing drugs. Once I was inside the property I felt safe. I wish the location was better. Not sure I’d stay again.
