I actually booked this location literally last minute. I was staying at another location that had centipedes and spiders, and I don't do bugs, so I needed to find a quick place to stay really late at night. It was about 11 o'clock, and I found this location and was super excited. I got there and was so impressed. The organization called me to make sure I had what I needed. I couldn't get access to the building, but getting into the room was spectacular. The bed was king-sized. The shower was double-headed. It was just a beautiful space on the inside. The A/C worked. The room was at the perfect temperature. It was just an excellent stay. Easy to walk to the location that I wanted to, so I could get my step count in. Literally the best accidental find ever.

The place was DIRTY. Stained curtains, sticky counter, dusty window sills. When we walked in it smelled like cigarettes. Every piece of furniture was ripped or damaged in some way. Wrote them and send them pictures and the only thing they could offer was to dust the window sill. Would not recommend.

Emplacement parfait pour visiter Montréal à pieds ou en metro. L'accès à l'entrée de l'hôtel n'est pas prestigieuse, mais une fois rentré, c'est parfait. L'ameublement est un peu vieillot mais le loft très bien équipé. Il n'y a pas d'accueil humain, mais tout se fait très facilement avec un téléphone. Bon confort général.

Great spacious loft style apartment hotel, perfect for longer stays. Very clean, only a few minutes walk from downtown. Would come back

We had a great overall staying here. It was a clean and modern space with useful amenities. It was located within walking distance to some points of interest.

I can’t say anything bad about this place . The parking garage is close by, the train is also close by & theres this great restaurant under this loft . I would definitely stay here again !

Amazing room! Nice and clean room! I had issues with first room code not unlocking but quickly got moved to another room right away! Would come back again!

The kitchen was fully equipped, including a dish washer. A very pleasant surprise was the Nespresso machine. The washer dryer were excellent and so handy. Ease of reaching staff when help needed was excellent. Please make sure that these comments reach Simplissimo., and especially the staff at Milton Park Hotel.

I lived in Montreal for 7 years and this is the best loft I’ve seen in the city. Super worth it, beautifully set up. Now that I know it’s there I will absolutely rent again

We had a two night stay here. Excellent accommodation set up with a separate bedroom, bathroom, and full kitchen and seating area. Wi-fi worked very well although the TV was confusing and one TV set only had two channels available for some reason. Check in process/checking out was good overall. Would recommend for short and long stays. Good supermarket a few minutes away which was an added bonus.

Modern room. Exterior environnement dirty. Trash on the stairs exit. Feeling unsecure outside with shouting homeless people.

fantastic location near supermarket, metro, and McGill. well appointed unit with full kitchen and a very very comfy bed. the furniture has seen better days…

My wife had a rashy on her body after staying 2 nights. I think there must be some sanitary issue in this residence.
