The rooms were adequate but basic. Breakfast was not great. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Room are accessed by a magnetic card. We got locked out twice. The toilet in our room was not bolted down to the floor. The security lock was missing. The refrigerator did not work properly. The coffee maker did not close properly. Microwave oven buttons didn’t work only the on button worked. When taking a shower if the unit above flushes the toilet the shower goes cold. They moved us to another room the next day. There was missing molding in the room. The shower floor was dirty and there was pink mold. Told the cleaning person on the floor and he said that was clean enough. For the staff asked the receptionist how to get to Downtown Hudson and she was not helpful. When we talked to the manager he had an attitude and then said don’t ever reserve a room with them. Trust me we will never book with that hotel. This property is not up to BW “plus” standards. After reading the reviews from other people they are all true and wished I read them before booking. Just the way the hotel responded to the reviews is the way they responded to us when we pointer out what was wrong with our stay, and we have pictures for proof.

The staff was wonderful!

The bathroom shower had hair in it. The breakfast staff was friendly.

The staff were incredibly kind. Property was very well taken care of. Room was spacious and comfortable. Great options for breakfast.

It was an ok hotel

Bel hotel calme et personnel aimable. Chambres spacieuses et lits confortables. Vaisselle entièrement jetable au petit dejeuner, idem produits de salle de bain, cela meriterait plus d'eco-reponsabilité.

Hotel had a lot of very odd smells from the entrance into the rooms. The lobby area smelled like someone dumped a body of cologne to mask the smell of something else.

Exactly what I was looking for

Great

Very nice location. Rooms and property could be updated. Pool was not heated like it says and the hot tub was not working. That would have been nice to know prior to booking.

Overall the property was neat, clean, and safe. It was a bit noisy with sirens and vehicle alarms going off outside, and loud voices in the hallway.

Friendly staff and nice accommodations. Very comfortable bed and a relaxing quiet evening.

Third floor ice bone dry. Vending machine not stocked, water bottles look like they have been there for months. Hockey tournament this weekend yet not noisy at all. Didnt receive a receipt.

The staff was very professional, friendly and accommodating. The property was clean and felt very safe. I will definitely stay here again.

It was a great location

The room itself was fine. Breakfast was good. However, we had to get new room keys twice. Then ended up getting locked out of our room bc key card wouldnt work as we were trying to leave. Ended up taking the front desk guy 50 mins to figure out how to open the door for us. Bad customer service by 1 employee and manager. Hot tub was heated but jets not working. Elevator down button not working so had to go up to go down. Needs more updating.
