Las instalaciones terriblemente descuidadas, sábanas y almohadas, terriblemente descuidadas, rotas, los baños muy antiguos, sin mantenimiento, excesivo ruido de la calle hacia la habitación, se escuchaba todos los ruidos de los cuartos alternos, terrible,

Muy limpio, el personal muy amable y el lugar muy tranquilo

No hay estacionamiento 24 horas, se tiene que dejar el vehiculo en la calle despues de las 12 am. Para entrar al estacionamiento tienes que salir del Hotel y rodear, y no es adecuado para vehiculos grandes. Su entrada/salida esta muy forzada por obras en la entrada. Restaurante inicia servicio a partir 1300 hrs En recepcion hay servicio de Cafe que dicen se acaba desde temprano , es decir, no hay. Del personal ninguna observacion, son muy atentos.

Todo el personal, desde la recepción, limpieza, y los del restaurante super lindas personas. 100% recomendado. Sera mi lugar de preferencia.

MUCHO RUIDO CON BASE DE LA CAMA Y CABECERA, PUERTA DEL BAÑO CON RUIDO Y ATORADA EN EL PISO, COLCHA PARA TAPARTE MUY DURA, LO BUENO QUE NO HIZO FRIO Y NO SE REQUIRIO. LO DEMAS BUENO, BUEN COLCHON, EXCELENTE UBICACION, TODO CERCA...

La estancia fue agradable, personal amable, atento y servicial, el lugar está limpio, hay wifi, hay televisión funcional, lo único negativo es que el estacionamiento no está pegado al hotel

For the time we stayed there service was pretty good. Got to check in within a few minutes and room was super clean. The downside is that there is no elevators to go up to second floor and stairs are too narrow.

Hotel staff from minutes after we checked in and reported the bathroom had a water leak leaking all over the bathroom floor. Apparently they were aware of. It is no big deal and they refused to send maintenance to fix the leak. We had to continuously asked for towels to soak up the water ourselves, so we would not slip and fall in the bathroom they do not have laundry service available only for themselves and they do not offer parking. You have to park on the street. They do not have bar hotel or food with the exception there is a bar café at an adjacent building next-door ?
