not value for money in terms of facilities and quality. house keeping service not really good. request to repair toilet bowl seat never repair at all and keep saying already inform maintenance team. bathroom towel hanger shouldn't use metal steel caused rusty and very not hygiene, should use stainless steel for more practical purposes. overall eco concept is good but not everything in low quality...

No kettle. There was something on bedsheet, not sure if it was bedbugs.

The room was ok. The bathroom also was ok. But while i’m sleeping, the hotel room was blackout. No power supply. It takes about 1.5 hours. My husband report to the front desk, and the front desk say it takes around 1 more hour to fix. I wait another 45min still not fix. The second time my husband report to the front desk, then finally the front desk tell us to switch the room. But its already 10.30am. At 12pm we suppose to check out. This is my first in lifetime having experience like this. Sorry to say. I’m a bit dissappointed. Hope you can improve something in the future.

Requested for a quiet room but I can hear water flowing sound just behind where my head lies. Sound proof was bad. Apart from that room is clean. Bed is comfortable, location is good for me.

The pillow is a not comfortable and you should really consider to upgrade your window/window frame because the sound proof quality is very bad as we can hear the noise from the street it was very annoying. Other than that we found the mirror in the toilet was too small and you should provide a big mirror in the room. Besides, the bathroom door should have change to a better one because water will leaked into the room.

Hi, it is a great accommodation and tidy with nice decoration ! I've booked a Deluxe Queen Room but the only things that not really satisfied was the room doesn't have a mirror for appearance purpose, there only have mirror inside the toilet. Wish that can be improve on that and overall is a good experience and comfort
