This experience was awful. The AC made a horrible sound when it was on and didn't work correctly. When we contacted the front desk they showed another room that had the same issue. The hotel knew about the issue and put us in an unacceptable place anyway. Will not return

Amazing!

The location was great, atmosphere great, the lobby and common areas cleaned perfectly but the rooms and bathrooms need better cleaning. And some minor cosmetic improvements.

Staff were friendly, bar was nice, and the room was very clean. However was the loudest hotel stay to date with paper thin walls and mattress was very uncomfortable. Would not return due to no rest.

Very unique facility. Lots more than typical amenities. Great for adults and families. Perfect location and staff.

Nice hotel. Youthful. Air conditioner a little loud, but not too intrusive. Clean. Fast internet.

Convenience to our site. Nice bed and good size of room. The room faces the busy road and it was extremely Noisy til late in the evening which went on til 3 r 4 am. There was no sound machine and the insulation was insufficient. The bathroom shampoo and soaps were nice The evening staff were decidedly unwelcoming and that was odd and in stark contrast contrast to the morning and daytime staff. Not sure I would revisit.

This is a modern property with nice amenities and conveniently located within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. We had a very comfortable relaxing stay over a long weekend visiting friends who lived nearby.

Great value very nice

Staff was great and very helpful. Food options are limited but extensive bar. Room was not as clean as I prefer but it was fine for my stay.

The lady that checked us in was on the phone. Overall was not helpful.

It is our preferred place to stay in Louisville when visiting relatives. We know if we want, we can bring our dog. Love the evening atmosphere. Staff is always friendly and responsive.

Friendly staff and lovely property

Love that it dog friendly. Rooms are very quiet with comfortable beds. This is our go to place when we travel to louisville

For the price, not a better hotel on the east side on Louisville!
