Very well kept motel compared to others we have stayed before. Very clean romm and bathroom, no unpleasant smells. Comfortable beds, clean sheets. I think this is the only place in Grand Forks that has a continental breakfast. Its a pretty standard breakfast, but everything is fresh, fruits, yogurts. Really good coffee. Also nice friendly staff. We are very pleased with our stay.

This was a nice place to stay and the location is great and very quiet.! The room was very clean, my only suggestion to the management is to add an extra frying pan and maybe have dish soap in the room.

Pet friendly hotel, good breakfast room was clean. Good location

Bedding not clean, shower had mold. Very loud the large group of hockey familys party until after 11pm. multiple times door was knocked on in the middle of the night.

Overall the stay was good for the price amd would likely stay again. My only complaint was that we found the floors were not very clean in the main room and bathroom and can definitely use a mopping.

Absolutely brutal! Tried to change our reservation for a different night, they refused do that, got charged anyway for the room and the property refused to refund or even give me a credit for another night. I will never I repeat never stay there again.

Nice staff. Slightly outdated property but perfect for passersby in the interior.

It was a comfortable room with pleasant staff...my only comment would be that it was a bit chilly.

The rooms were clean and good for the price. Continental breakfast was fine. It was very noisy with the hockey team above us until around midnight.
