프라이빗풀에 흙먼지가 많이 있어서 흙냄새가 났어요. 비행시간때문에 투어후 빈방에서 샤워했는데 왕 바퀴벌레 4마리가 뒤집어져 있었습니다. 문들이 전체적으로 아귀가 잘 안맞아서 열고 닫기 힘듭니다. 시골 외진곳에 있어 이동이 어렵습니다. 가격에 비해 서비스가 아쉽습니다. 결론적으로 같은 가격이면 더 좋은 호텔을 이용할 수 있을것 같습니다. (더 저렴하게 이용했던 다른 호텔이 오히려 더 좋았어요)

시내에서 떨어져 있지만 대신 풀빌라 느낌과 매우 친절한 서비스와 직원들니 맞이해줍니다. 시내에서 먼 대신에 시내까지 하루에 한번 무료 툭툭을 제공해줍니다. 매우 조용한 호텔이라 쉬기 좋습니다.

장점 1. 시내에서 10분거리 외진곳에 있어 조용하고 공기가 깨끗하다 2. 2016년에 열어 시설이 좋다.방이 아주 크고 깨끗하다. 3.조식이 5점만점에 4점. 과일,빵,치즈등이 있는 부페가있고 추가적으로 자리에 앉아 단품메뉴를 주문한다. 메뉴판에서 볶음밥과 팬케이크, 포치드에그 (수란)을 추천한다. 4. 모든 직원이 친절하고 서비스마인드가 좋다. 5.호텔에서 하루 1번 무료 (왕복아닌 편도) 툭툭서비스를 제공한다. 로비에서 free tuk tuk service이용한다고 말하면 휴대폰을 준다. 6. 무료 공항 왕복 셔틀 제공 호텔스 닷컴에서 숙박을 예약하고 info@elegantangkor.com 로 영어로 공항으로 데려오라고 메시지를 보내면 마중나온다. 메일을 보낼때 (1)예약자 이름 (2)flight number (3)arrival time (4) 인원 을 적어보낸다. 7. spa center에 작은 사우나 방이 2개 있다. 건식, 습식 사우나 8. 깨끗한 수영장 . 온도는 차갑지않다.

정말 깨끗하고 정말 무지무지 친절한 리조트였습니다 저희가 밤비행이여서 캐리어랑 짐을 맡아줄수있냐고 했는데 짐을 맡아줘서 저녁에 갔더니 빈방에서 샤워도 시켜줘서 편하게 밤비행으로 한국으로 왔습니다 위치가 조금 멀긴하지만 나머지는 정말 추천합니다 조식도 굿!

이곳의 직원들을 너무나도 친절하고 적극적입니다. 올해 7월에 오픈한만큼 시설도 너무나 깔끔합니다. 객실도 그리 많지 않고 시내에서 조금 떨어져있어서 너무 조용하구요. 아침도 단품이지만 깔끔하게 요청하는 사항 잘 반영해 줍니다. 따뜻한 빵과 커피 별도 제공. 다만 단점이라고 한다면 스파가 없다는점(하지만 신설예정이고 현재스파가 없음에도 객실에서 받을 수 있게 해줬음), 시내에서 멀다는점, Bar가 없다는점, 아직 부분적 공사중이라는 점. 하지만 대부분 간단히 해결할 수 있는 문제이니 크게 문제 되지 않는 것 같습니다. 결론은 대만족. 가성비 최고입니다. 품바이탕에 있다가 환승을 위해 1박 갔는데도 나쁘지 않아 보일정도.

The staff were welcoming, kind, and professional. The only feedback we have is that the road is off the main path, and may need to help install some lights to help with visibility at night, and the location to be visible for GRAB drivers for pick up / drop off. Would recommend to friends and family! Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

The property is great except for the extremely loud motor next to the pool area. Made it extremely difficult to enjoy the pool and relax. Food was great, staff was great

I can say the Anataya Resort was the best choice for me and my wife. Stuff always wear a smile and keep hospitality split. There are no shops around there and Tuku Tuku must be needed to go to the Old Market, but it is always calm and always filled with the sound of nature. In my case, I was able to relax at the pool side very comfortably the day after taking a tour or cycling. The restaurant offers good Khmer cuisine, so Kuy teav is definitely worth a try. If you want to enjoy not only the activities like visiting Ankor monuments but also the healing time simultaneously, I can strongly recommend the Anataya Resort for you.

Very thankful for the excellent service of the staff, they are attentive and caring, giving us a free bottle of wine. The breakfast was good. However, this is not a 5 star resort. It is outdated and the facilities are dirty, rusty and faulty. The shower was leaking, bath tub tap was not turning properly and the water turns cold during a bath. The pool had green algae and the wooden door was chipped off. The lights were bright white.They also changed name a few times and the place is quite secluded and you have to enter a narrow dirt road to get there.

This resort is very fantastic all such as service, rooms, location, cleanliness. Especially, it is located at countryside is so good to relax .

Really fantastic, green hotel and flastic free Hotel concept,location only 10min by Tuk Tuk to city centre, with a very impressive large pool and excellent spa. Our room was huge, immaculate and very luxurious. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble and they really went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend it, great chilled place to stay when you've just arrived after a long haul flight. We highly recommended to our friends.

We been stayed at Nita by Vo Resort.staff really friendly ,quiet place ,good food ,staff higher responsibility ,location 10 minute to city centre they were offer us free transfer to city,their team work has really good concept of plastic free Resort . we highly to recommended this resort to our friend.

Customer Service was excellent, if anything they tried to hard. Bar prices were very high, as a result people do not use.

It is simply superb experience in this hotel. Best customer service, food and environment. A great place to go for relaxing.

Hotel promised to offer free tuk tuk to take us back to hotel from city centre, but driver didn’t show up & we have to take tuk tuk by ourselves after awaiting for hotel’s tuk tuk for over 30mins.... No apology from hotel & staff just said the driver couldn’t find us! Won’t recommend to my friends anyway
