굉장히 깨끗하고 친절한 직원

밤늦게도착.우버타고 이동.아주 친절함.다만 짐이 엄청무거운데ㅜ엘레베이터가 없음.다음날 아침 버스터미널에 가야한다면 좋은위치.

택시에 내려서 도착하자마자 초인종이 여기저기 붙어있는 현관이더라구요 첨엔 여기가 맞는지 헷갈렸어요 주소와 간판은 분명 맞는데 ㅠㅜ 전그날 몸이 너무 힘든상태였거든요 옆쪽인가 싶어 옆건물 초인종을ㅜ 도착건물도 확인..그옆건물도 문의하였지만 도대체 들어갈수가 없었어요 지나가시는 아주머니를 붙잡고 신세한탄을 하고있는데 마침 그숙소에 머무시는분이 조깅끝내고 들어가시는길에 들어갈수있었습니다 저혼자 유럽여행 도는데 이럼 안되는거잖아요ㅠㅠ 더더군다나 캐리어들고 5층까지 걸어야 하는 지옥까지ㅠ 직원은 사과조차없었어요 손님을 이렇게 맞이하는건 좀 많이 아니지요ㅜ

It was same as pictures so nothing can complain . Staffs was very welcome and kind , place was very clean and cozy . I like to say this place is 4.8 because not a walking distance from main area . Thats only one thing if I have to find bad point. But it wasn't bad with tram . Thank you again for good service !

첫인상은 시내 주택가의 한 건물에 있었고 주차장도 근처의 유료 주차장들이 다 차 있어서 별로 였으나 친절한 직원의 도움으로 차를 맡기고 시내 관광후 돌아오니 차도 잘 주차되어 있고 이후 다음날 가는 길도 자세히 알려주어 편리하고 고마왔음. 위치와 주차등의 미비한 점을 서비스로 커버해 주셨고, 설비와 안락함등은 만족스러웠으므로 다시 찾고 싶은 숙소입니다

Le monsieur a l'accueil nous a confirmé que le mini bar était offert durant notre séjour pour a la fin se retrouver à payer 25 euros pour pas grand chose d'utiliser. La tv ne posséder pas de sous service comme netflix ou autres et l'endroit était beaucoup trop enfermer

Bed amazing. Breakfast amazing. Staff sooo nice and amazing. Parking easy. Bathroom was the best in Europe. Highly recommend for travelers especially US travelers as services are similar to US.

Mooie, ruime kamer. Ontbijt was standaard in een kleine ruimte. Locatie op 10 minuten loopafstand van de tram naar het centrum.

False Advertising, Bait-and-Switch, and Unresolved Refund — Do Not Book I booked and paid for a Deluxe Suite (2 bedrooms) at Boutique Hotel Madison expecting two king beds, an outdoor balcony/patio, and an in-room washing machine as advertised. On arrival after an international flight my family was placed in a one‑bedroom suite that exactly matched the one‑bedroom listing photos and lacked every advertised amenity. The hotel initially offered drink vouchers, then claimed the reserved two‑bedroom was unavailable due to maintenance. I checked out the next morning (01 Oct 2025), and the manager refused to provide a folio or receipt documenting my checkout. I rebooked at The Westin Zagreb for the remainder of my trip at my own expense. Expedia offered a 7‑day hotel voucher, then a travel credit; I declined both and requested a full refund for false advertising and misrepresentation. Expedia discouraged me from filing a fraud report and has not provided a satisfactory resolution. This was a bait‑and‑switch, plain and simple. Photos and descriptions on the listing are misleading; management refused to make it right or document their own failure; Expedia’s proposed remedies were inadequate and the escalation process has failed to produce a refund. If you value accurate listings, honest service, and reliable customer support, avoid this property and be prepared to escalate aggressively with Expedia and your card issuer if you are misled.

Madison hotel is close to train station and staff is friendly

Well we were only there for one night, and really only half a night. The staff was helpful, pleasant, and offered all the tips and tricks for our very short stay. The property was quiet and nice! We regretted not staying there for longer at the beginning of our trip. The suite we stayed in would have been perfect for a small family staying in Zagreb for several days. Didn’t get perfect 5 stars on condition only because I was so excited to see a bathtub, but the bathtub faucet didn’t work. Other than that perfect stay.

Pros : one lady at the reception was extremely nice . We are done here with pros Cons: bathroom corners full of mold , rust, sink didn’t work; I arrived in the room at 10;00PM where the sheets were not changed This place couldn’t cost even the third of what they make you pay .

Établissement très propre mais cependant chose qui est très surprenant qu’il n’y ai même pas de bouteille d’eau mise à disposition inclus dans l’hébergement . C’est vraiment dommage car c’est un point qui m’a beaucoup déplu…

Meget nydeligt og rent stort værelse. Men sengen var lige blød nok efter min mening. Elevator stopper kun på hver halve etage. Så lettere ubruligt. Levn fra den gamle østblok tid. Hvem der så end fandt på den “geniale idé”

Loved Madison’s Boutique Hotel! We were very comfortable and breakfast is a bonus. Would highly recommend.

The hotel staff are very communicative and helpful especially with securing parking. The hotel is located close to two hospitals so there can be traffic. I'd highly recommend getting parking if driving a car. The AC worked in all the rooms! The shower does need a more thorough cleaning. No real ventilation so it was moldy. Everything else was clean. The included breakfast was large and diverse. Overall a good experience!
