I had a great stay all around

I am writing regarding my recent reservation at your hotel from Apr. 17 to Apr. 19. (Expedia Itinerary: 72073353137118) On the first day of my stay, I requested a cancellation due to an urgent matter. After consulting with the reception, I contacted Expedia and agreed to a 50% cancellation fee. Despite this agreement, my credit card was charged for the full 2-night stay. I have already raised this issue, but it has not been resolved yet. Please review my cancellation record with Expedia and refund the overcharged portion as soon as possible. I look forward to your prompt response.

Room was very good however the cleaning service was not that much. The bin of the bathroom was not emptied upon the second day house keeping. AC was not able to cut at the tight temp. I had to stop that manually. I
