When we walked in it looked cleaned. When I got in the bed sheets I noticed there was a human nail in the bed. Figure someone cut there nails. When we looked in the washroom it looked kind of clean but I noticed the corners on the floor and in the shower we're not well clean so whoever cleaned it did it fast to just get rid of it

Clean room, amenities were great. I would have liked more fruit for the breakfast but the waffles were delicious. I stay there whenever I’m in Sudbury.

Great stay, we were with a hockey team and it was good, we only had 1 issue with some staff and the manager the following day was very apologetic and amazing! Natalie is an amazing manager and good at her job! Other than that 1 issue all other staff where absolutely amazing!!!

Room is very clean

There is ample parking for trailers which we needed. The room was clean. It is in a great location. The hot-tub was luke warm and dirty. That weekend the pool was full of kids up to 10 pm. I wish like other hotels they offered an adult time from 10 - 11 pm.

Stay was for my wife and mother in law with mobility issues. Room was clean and location was good. However can only give this an okay stay. Whenever another room flushed a toilet there was this horrible banging noise (have video to prove it) and that really needs to be fixed. Walls, floors, everything seemed thin. The breakfast looked okay however discussion with staff and saying that leftovers like sausage are put in the fridge and put out the next day was disgusting. They sit in a warmer the whole time and I think food regulations don't allow that. Ate there only once during the trip of 6 days. Lastly I am from Sudbury originally and I know we get snow thus should be the best at managing it. I can say for having a person with mobility issues the handicap parking spot was not maintained well. Should be the most shoveled area in all the parking lot yet wasn't usable. Hopefully some things improve for other people to stay here.
