We loved our stay. The sea water pool was just amazing. Staffs were so kind and helpful. Thank you for preparing our room as we requested, really appreciate it. We want to come back!

We had some issues with the room throughout our stays. Reception service was very good and staffs were willing to solve problems. However, cafeteria service at lobby was disappointed. Some people were not willing to work and often our order took way to long. Vacation club and jw marriott was in the same building. Only difference is interior and room condition.

그냥 딱 호텔느낌 침대 불편 옆방이랑 연결되는 문이 있는데 새벽 2시에 덜컹거림 옆방에서 열어볼려고했는데 새벽2시에 수영장이 인상적이지만 그것땜에 가족단위가 많아서인지 상당히 시끄러움

Very clean modern room, staff are all fantastic, onsite restaurants are amazing and the hotel itself is beautiful. Best pool especially for young families.

Everything was amazing

Extremely late 5.15pm to receive our room key. Run down broken tiles around the pool. Chips and empty glasses in and out of the pool area. Terrible beds . Terrible pillows . Will never stay here again . Needs some major TLC .

Great pool area especially the fish lagoon. Buffet Breakfast was excellent.

Loved our visit the pools are perfect for kids and adults to enjoy, rooms are fresh and clean and have a great view.

I liked the care and kidness from the staff. Professionalism. Little small gestures of complimentary cocnut water while sun lounging.

Great hotel, excellent restaurants and pools

The salt water pool was a unique experience! It was amazing. Loved the river pool and the slide! The spa was a little too small. Facilities was clean and staff was very helpful and accommodating. Checking in and out was a breeze! Parking was free! Buffet breakfast great! Our room had the lagoon/beach view! The facility is very family-friendly! Only thing we didn’t like, was someone was smoking above us and the cigarette butt was thrown down to our balcony!

Super Botel, emplacement, parfait sur surfeur. Les sont incroyables, notamment le restaurant japonais. Le personnel très accueillant et les extérieurs, notamment les deux Piscine et jacuzzi

Just a Daddy Daughter short stay weekend away... nothing short of amazing... Only downside was our car could not park onsite due to height restriction of 1.95

We had such a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The staff were exceptional – friendly, and very helpful. The buffet was absolutely outstanding – fresh, and beautifully presented. Room service was amazing, a lot to choose from and service was quick. Snorkelling in the pool lagoon with the tropical fish was amazing Only a couple of mins walk for Surfers Paradise main strip Buffet breakfast is delicious

Highly recommend. The pool is fantastic for kids with the sand to play in and there are communal sand toys if you forget your own. Pool bar is great for food and drinks. The hotel itself is beautiful and the onsite restaurants are fantastic. Highly recommend you book ahead for the teppanyaki restaurant and also the buffet night at the main restaurant. We will stay here again! The staff are also, all wonderful.
