Good customer service.

The hotel was clean and conveniently located. However, the service was terrible. The toilet in the room struggled to flush the first day and the second day did not work at all. I had to call the front desk multiple times the second evening to get someone to check the toilet. However, no one came to fix it and the front desk clerk never bother to call back or offer any solution. So we went all day Saturday and all night Saturday night without a working toilet. On Sunday morning I called the front desk again at 8:00am. I was told the maintenance person was on the way in a few minutes. By 9:30 no one had arrived to fix the toilet. I called the front desk and asked for a room change but was told the maintenance person was coming. But bo one ever showed up. So we checked out a full day early. At check out, the clerk never once tried to help with the situation or convince us to stay. Additionally, when I made the reservation, I was under the impression there was not a parking fee, but was charged $12.00 per night.

This is where I normally stay while visiting my family, for some reason they recently started charging for their parking garage— I asked the front desk why and when they decided to do this but she was under the impression that it had been charged for years (it hasn’t she was just new) It’s not a nice parking garage or anything it’s just a very compacted area with several other hotels, it’s very difficult parking if someone parks in a middle space and just about everyone parks in the middles space. I paid for parking, then I take my infant and my disabled husband to our room where our toilet is not working— apparently they had roomed us in a broken room because I proceeded to shower and then the entire room was soaked— they gave us a new room so I had to carry all of our things to a new room and then my child and husband to that room also AFTER we brought everything and unpacked. Extremely upset because this cut into our entire first morning and we only stayed for 2 days. The only amazing service we received was breakfast— amazing food and they keep everything stocked all morning long! I want to just follow up saying that my receipts and their websites all say no parking fee so clearly they need to update this before charging people!

The staff was very helpful & professional. Our room & property was very clean.

Check in and out was a very smooth and easy process. The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating. We stayed on the 8th floor and the roof was leaking. The carpet was soaking wet from my room all the way down the hallway. The panel abow the room door started to peel and fall off. This made thr room and hallway smell like mildew.

The hotel and room was great. The pool, which we went for, was terrible. Cloudy, small, not deep at all. Very disappointed with this. Took my grandson for the night so he could enjoy pool. Not do much

This property is located only 10 mins away from downtown Savannah. There's no need to pay $60/day to stay downtown since you'll need some type of transportation to get around, anyway. The parking garage offered direct access to your floor, which was great. The staff was amazing, friendly, and helpful. I would 100% stay here again.

Booked this hotel because it had EV charging but staff told it its been down more than month.

Great stay! Easy parking and good breakfast. Nice and quiet area of town.

We were running very late and checked in at 1:00 am! The front desk attendant was absolutely the best. I cannot remember her name, but she was so accommodating. She got us a couple extra towels as I requested and then offered us an extra blanket. She was super friendly and welcoming. 5 star customer service! The hotel was clean and well maintained. Great experience!

Average Marriott. Charging $12 per day for parking at a hotel you're staying at is poor form. If I'd have known, I'd have just parked on the street outside.
