Staff are so kind and room is also so clean but hope the waterpressure should be strong cuz a little bit weak

언어 소통이 어려운 곳, 그러나 그것 빼고는 무난한 공항주변 호텔임. 셔틀 버스에 대한 친절하고 상세한 안내가 부족해 공항출발 호텔행 셔틀은 탑승하지 못해 우버 사용함. 이른 체크아웃에 따른 to-go meal box는 아주 좋았음.

Es un hotel que se encuentra cerca del aeropuerto. Es lindo y lo que destaca es la atención del personal y los servicios que te ofrecen.

Great place to stay the night before airport but the airport shuttle can be a bit of a mess with its schedule

It's conveniently located near the airport. I was worried about whether I could get on the shuttle bus, but I was relieved to find out that I could.

La comida terrible, el personal poco amable, el trato no es hospitalario. En ningún caso intentan resolver situaciones a los huéspedes. No vuelvo a hospedarme en city express. La peor experiencia en Chile.

Ett bra hotell för en natt men inte för längre vistelser. Ingen klass på frukosten!

Excelente atención! Llegábamos casi a la madrugada y contestaron inmediato para darnos opciones de pasar a recogernos sin costo al aeropuerto!!! El desayuno completo, guardaron nuestro equipaje y nos dieron transporte al aeropuerto

Bom custo beneficio

Hotel próximo da aeroporto que oferece serviço de translado. Todavia, não há compromisso, é como se fosse um favor. Fazem se der, quando der. Se a ideia é ficar no hotel em decorrência do serviço, procurem outra estadia.

The girls at the counter, one of them was terrible. Not even a Hi, not smile, no expression in her face… a very unpleasant person. The other girl, who speaks English very well, nothing yo say but well done.

Foi muito boa

Cafe da manhã muito fraco, poucas opções. Não se ofereceram para carregar as malas, limpeza do quarto mau feita, bastava colocar o pé no chão para a meia ficar preta. Positivo o banheiro e as camas além da janta que apesar do preço, muito gostosa.

Lovely place, close to the airport and we even got a welcome drink at the local restaurant, wasn’t gonna eat but ended up having a Burguer with a complimentary glass of wine, great way to end our trip to Chile

This hotel was very accommodating. We arrived late in the evening and had an early flight out the next morning. The front desk arranged for us to receive breakfast to go and our room was quite comfortable. It was easy taking the hotel’s provided shuttle to the airport.
