Service was just terrible. We were unsure on where to go and no one were there to guide us. The guy at the check-in counter just gave us our keys with no other information. We then found out from other guests that their system is down. We had to keep giving our name and room number to the safe entry personnel at the lift lobby everytime we are going back to our room. We had to call and ask about the wifi. But the room itself is huge which is a plus point. Just disappointing coming from a 5 star hotel.
