24 hr doorman was a plus. Rooms were adequate size with balcony. Centrally located. Only a block from major train station.

Just so lovely and clean and modern! Didn’t want to leave!! Only gripe is that there is no office staff after 5pm and my card stopped working so has to rely on security to let me in. But otherwise loved it!

Cozinha muito bem equipada, quarto amplo com bastante armario, limpo. Otima localizacao. Bom atendimento na portaria. Unico probleminha é o box,que precisa de uma cortina ou algo assim, pois molha muito o banheiro quando toma banho.

The Arc Apartments in the heary of Beunos Aires is top notch! I flew in from Texas and arrived early before the 3 pm check in time, Elian the on duty manager, was attentive and very helpful. The Apartment building itself is very modern and clean with an on duty 24/7 security team that is very friendly. The Apartment rooms - wow! My girlfriend and I rented the room with the King sized bed. We fell in love with it immediately. Very modern with huge windows and drapes. The kitchen is small but big enough to cook dinners. We stayed in most nights and cooked during our stay. I can not say enough good things about the Arc Apartments. Perfect location. Great staff. Excellent rooms. When I come back to visit Buenos Aires, I will book here again without thinking about it.

The room was clean and well appointed. It seems to be both a hotel and an apartment building. The room was clean and the hotel was located centrally to everything we wanted to do. The pool is small but nice. Check-in is a little strange as it has limited hours and you have to sit in a waiting area until the manager is free. The doorman was friendly enough and has to buzz you in. I found the building to be quiet and relaxing, although my partner was bothered by some noise made by doors slamming in the hallway. There is a laundry room in the basement that was very helpful. The kitchenette was nice as well. We really enjoyed staying at this hotel.

The room was amazing the space and the balcony . Reception was very helpful on check in and late check out. The place is very well located near to Santa Fe and many restaurants and cafes. Really nice!

Excelente local e região. Tivemos algumas dificuldades de comunicação com a recepção/segurança mas nada que abale a qualidade dos nossos dias no local.

Our stay at our Arc Arenales was very good. I recommend the facility. I only wish they had English speaking television channels. And it could’ve been a little more accommodating for a late checkout. We now have eight hours before our flight and nowhere to go.

Large rooms, apartment style with full kitchen, large king bed, impeccably appointed. It is a gem in the heart of one of the busiest areas in Buenos Aires.

Excelente ubicación, rápido check in y check out, excelente comunicación con la administración, habitación amplia, aisla muy bien sonidos exteriores y la cama muy cómoda. Como oportunidad de mejora: las almohadas están viejas y deformadas, wifi extremadamente lento y no ofrecen limpieza para estadías de 3 noches hacia abajo…. Nos quedamos 3 noches y no nos cambiaron ni las toallas.

Bem localizado, lugar seguro, agradável e tudo por perto, padaria, mercados, restaurantes e etc. Super recomendo.
