Lovely 2-bedroom cottage in a quiet location close to town centre. Plenty of room, good wifi, well equipped kitchen. John and Ruth were wonderful, welcoming hosts with plenty of great suggestions for local activities. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only downside was that the bed, which was king-sized, was a little too soft, as we like a firm bed.

Very nice cottage with a porch. Friendly hosts. The porch has a nice view and is our favourite spot for meals.

Good spot, parking is a little tight if you have a larger vehicle. Friendly hosts and good view.

Everything that we needed for a family of six. Close enough to the Paihia village but enough distance away to have privacy. John is a great host too, very helpful and knowledgeable about the area and attractions.

Ruth and John were Lovely, hospitable hosts. Good location with great views. Beds were a bit soft which wasn’t very comfortable for us. Great recommendations of restaurants, bars and tours from the hosts. Being able to do Laundry was particular handy for us on our travels. Overall we loved the cottage and would recommend it.

Loved the bathroom and shower was awesome The view was great and the owners very accommodating with visitations by their pets a homely touch

Enjoyed our stay in Paihia. The view was very nice. Sitting on the deck in the afternoon sun with a beer was just wonderful.

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were nice and warm. Lovely outlook onto the bay. We wanted to book again, but it was full on the weekend we desired. We wouldn't hesitate to come back again.

Clean comfortable accommodation with full kitchen if you need it restaurants nearby if you don't. Decking patio with stunning view of Bay of Islands what more could you want? Perfect!!!!!!
