Excellent location off a quiet street. Selected this location as a starting point for my Camino del Norte. It was the ideal launch spot to prepare me for a no frills trek.

Great hotel, very clean, wonderful location, staff friendly and overall nice room. We couldn’t adjust the air conditioning which would be my only complaint so hard to sleep at night in the heat.

This time is my second time to stay at Arrizul Congrass. Like my first stay, this time was also great. Convenient location, clean room and spacious bathroom! I particularly liked the terrace from the room. Only one thing if I had to mention is- there are no kettles, teas and mugs at room. But you can request kettle at the reception. There is a free complimentary beverage bar, which opens 12-8, I got tea bags and coffee from. I would definitely stay at here again. Thank you!

Very nice hotel you can walk everywhere. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Hotel is clean, rooms are good size you do not feel cramped. Parking is close

Wäre eigentlich ein tolles Zimmer ABER: Das Highlight, die grosse Terrasse, hat weder einen Stuhl noch einen Tisch, geschweige den einen Liegestuhl. Auf mein Nachfragen folgende Antwort: Die Bestuhlung komme erst ab Juni?? Sackschwach, das ist einfach keine Dienstleistung!! Dann: Das verspätete Gepäck steht stundenlang in der Reception, die würden nicht auf die Idee kommen, uns zu informieren, wir haben darauf gewartet!! Fazit: einmal und nie wieder!!

Great hotel in a very convenient location. I would however have been happier with tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Interesting addition of a coffee bar work area with free coffee. Shower was a good design with a powerful shower.

East access and helpful staff.

Excellent value for money. Very good service, nice rooms with rain shower head. Complimentary cava and coffee. And a very nice little breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice and avocado mash for toast. Highly recommended

Beautiful hotel conveniently located by markets, shops, bars and places to eat. Staff was very friendly. The breakfast was great. Would stay there again?
