호텔의 인테리어가 어두워서 언뜻보면 깨끗하지만 구석구석 살펴보면 지저분했어요. 객실 내에 파리와 모기가 많고 밤에는 비행기 이착륙 소리가 꽤 크게 들려 예민한 사람은 자다가 깰 정도예요. 인포의 여직원과 벨보이 아저씨는 친절하지만 인포의 남자 직원은 눈빛과 말투가 상당히 거슬릴정도로 불친절하고 대답도 대충대충이었습니다. 첫날부터 터키에 대한 안좋은 인상을 받았어요. 가격대비 괜찮긴 했으나 또 이용하고 싶진 않아요.

The hotel was quite good and the price is very reasonable. The restaurant belonging to the hotel is also very good and reasonably priced. Only one (a kind of) pitfall is that this hotel is not directly accessible from the airport. You need to take taxi or shuttle bus. It takes about 10 minutes. If you have a phone with a domestic number, you may ask shuttle bus to the hotel when you arrive at the airport. The hotel provided shuttle bus in the morning for returning back to the airport. Premium oda tutmuş olmama rağmen bana koridora bakan bir penceresi olan oda verdiler. Bir otelde penceresi misafirlerin odalarına geçiş yaptığı koridora bakan oda mı olur? İlginç ve kötü bir çözüm. Resepsiyona dönüp itiraz ettim ve beni kısa sürede başka bir odaya aldılar. Odamın pencere-conta sisteminde problem vardı. Ses izolasyonu çok kötüydü. Uçak gürültüsü oda içerisinde rahatsız edici düzeydeydi. Sabah tıraş ve banyo için sıcak su yoktu. Su sadece ılık denebilecek düzedeydi. Zeminde fotoğraflarda görünen halı yoktu. Verdiğim yüksek bedele rağmen düşük kalitede hizmet aldım.

Temiz güvenli bir konaklama oldu. Personel oldukça ilgili ve güler yüzlü

Short stay for a trip to Ephesus. The hotel is nice, clean and relatively new with regards to decor and furnishings. The staff were helpful. Good breakfast with hot and cold food options. We also ate at the hotel restaurant for dinner one evening and food was decent. The only negative is that my room was facing the main road so it could get noisy at night. My nephew used the pool which was clean and a good size. There is a little shop next to the hotel where it's possible to buy drinks and snacks as the hotel is not very walkable. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay.

The property feels outdated. The entrance was adorned with fake sunflowers, creating an unpleasant appearance. The hallway lights were off, the carpets were filthy, and the balconies had dead plants with exposed wires. The breakfast area was full of cats jumping on tables and eating food from customers' plates, with no one cleaning up immediately. The staff were polite, but the overall condition of the property and rooms was terrible.

Sehr gute Unterkunft, welche nahe am Flughafen ist. Jedoch liegt es in einem Industrie Gebiet. Man braucht ein Transportmittel um sich von dort fortzubewegen

Ikke noe svar på spørsmål om tidlig insjekking. Insjekking gikk fint, rommet var klart 15 minutter før. Fikk en deilig kopp te og en fantastisk god cookie. Rommet var greit, luktet ikke godt på rommet da vi kom, badet var utdatert, mye falt fra hverandre, tydelig vannskader på gulvet på rommet. Deler av parketten går fra hverandre. De små " pynte basengene" hadde grønt vann fulle av alger, så helt forferdelig ut og tyder på mangel på oppfølging av noe som skal være ett finere hotell. Solsengene var falle ferdige og baseng området var ikke mye å skryte av. Mate var kjempe god 10/10. Sengen var komfortabel. Alt i alt stod vi med en blanding av 5 stjerners hotell og 2 stjerners hotell.

Sıcak bir karşılama, konforlu ve temiz bir oda. Güler yüzlü çalışanlar. Temiz bir havuz ve mutfak. Çok memnun kaldık.
