호텔의 인테리어가 어두워서 언뜻보면 깨끗하지만 구석구석 살펴보면 지저분했어요. 객실 내에 파리와 모기가 많고 밤에는 비행기 이착륙 소리가 꽤 크게 들려 예민한 사람은 자다가 깰 정도예요. 인포의 여직원과 벨보이 아저씨는 친절하지만 인포의 남자 직원은 눈빛과 말투가 상당히 거슬릴정도로 불친절하고 대답도 대충대충이었습니다. 첫날부터 터키에 대한 안좋은 인상을 받았어요. 가격대비 괜찮긴 했으나 또 이용하고 싶진 않아요.

The hotel was quite good and the price is very reasonable. The restaurant belonging to the hotel is also very good and reasonably priced. Only one (a kind of) pitfall is that this hotel is not directly accessible from the airport. You need to take taxi or shuttle bus. It takes about 10 minutes. If you have a phone with a domestic number, you may ask shuttle bus to the hotel when you arrive at the airport. The hotel provided shuttle bus in the morning for returning back to the airport. Oda yeterliydi Sadece jeneratör ya da bilmiyorum bir ses kesilmeksizin devam ediyor Upgrade için müsaitlikleri var mıydı bilmiyorum ancak ücreti mukabil yapabileceklerini belirttiler. Personel ilgili neşeli ve yardımsever Mutfak tarafında Fatma hanım hem güleryüzü hem de çok nazik otelle ilgili de yardımcı oldu. Havuz tarafı keyifli, havalimanı yakınlığı sebebi ile fiyat performans oteli gibi değil ortalamanın üzerinde pahalı ancak konaklaması çok konforluydu

Es ist nah zum Flughafen. Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen. Es ist sehr hellhörig, jedes Flugzeug was anfliegt hört man extrem als sässe man selbst drinnen. Die Gardine in der Junior Suite ging nicht ganz zu, es kam daher viel Licht rein. Die Betten quietschen und der Teppich im Zimmer geht garnicht. Es ist sehr staubig und etwas muffig. Für ein Double Tree Hilton nicht gut genug. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und klein.

AC in the room did not function. We specifically went to this Hilton because the website said it had AC. Certainly, Double Tree - Hilton would have AC, but no. After checking in we find that there is no AC, that it is deliberately deactivated for the entire building because April 27 is considered winter season. Outside air temps are 80F/22C. Rooms were very stuffy. When we complained the staff insisted that they did have AC that worked because the heaters were working. No amount of explanation that AC = cold air communicated the problem. The staff gave us some extra Hilton points to compensate. We ran into the same problem in Cyprus - Central AC deactivated for the "winter" season. Live and learn.

Not a four star hotel

bsolutely outstanding stay! The hotel is wonderful, the staff couldn’t be more friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Breakfast was delicious with great variety. We felt truly pampered the entire time. Highly recommend — I’ll definitely be back!

everything was fresh and they have a great kitchen for breakfast and room service as well

Stayed for a night, had a flight the next day, everything was great, the staff were very kind and respectable. Thank you and bless them all.

Premium oda tutmuş olmama rağmen bana koridora bakan bir penceresi olan oda verdiler. Bir otelde penceresi misafirlerin odalarına geçiş yaptığı koridora bakan oda mı olur? İlginç ve kötü bir çözüm. Resepsiyona dönüp itiraz ettim ve beni kısa sürede başka bir odaya aldılar. Odamın pencere-conta sisteminde problem vardı. Ses izolasyonu çok kötüydü. Uçak gürültüsü oda içerisinde rahatsız edici düzeydeydi. Sabah tıraş ve banyo için sıcak su yoktu. Su sadece ılık denebilecek düzedeydi. Zeminde fotoğraflarda görünen halı yoktu. Verdiğim yüksek bedele rağmen düşük kalitede hizmet aldım.

Temiz güvenli bir konaklama oldu. Personel oldukça ilgili ve güler yüzlü
