If you have a car this is the nice place to stay for long term. It’s located in beautiful sunny and quiet area. Room was super clean and tidy. One thing we didn’t like was sound proofing. Especially if you stay on ground floor, you can hear people’ footsteps or closing door sound etc.

Little small kitchen but everything else was good.

Beautiful garden setting that is a hidden gem away from hustle and bustle of Dunedin CBD. Well presented accomodation and the air conditioning was fantastic on a hot day. Very clean and had everything I needed. Shower pressure was great which is always a bonus. Highly recommended.

This is the 2nd time ive stayed here and im always impressed with how clean it is.Staff were super helpful wirh the questions i had before arrival.we had everything we needed in the room which was great! Comfertable beds! Will definitely be returning.

Have stayed here twice and will do again when in town for work! Very short drive into town, but without any of the hassle of parking at one of the city accommodations. Just lovely :)

Excellent play to stay. We were really happy with the layout. It had everything we needed. Having the two rooms was great. A TV in each room too was a bonus. The apartment was super clean and nicely set up. Would recommend and I’d definitely come back.

I keep coming back as this accommodation is perfect for my business trips. It is a safe, clean and warm place to stay .
