시내에 있어 도보로 유명관광명소나 갤러리,박물관 다니기 좋으나 저녁에는 노숙자가 있어서 불편함. 편의점 가까움. 샤워 수압 약하고 더운물이 적게사와 불편함. 택시 타기 편함. 주변에 식당 많음.

Muy rico y completo el.dessyuno!

En general muy buena experiencia y todo súper bien. Solo el aire acondicionado hacía ruido. Y me hubiera gustado un poco más de opciones en el desayuno

The location of this hotel is perfect. It’s within walking distance of museums and restaurants and coffee shops. I would say they can do a little bit of a better job at cleaning up the rooms. We did have an issue with the room and after we talked to the front desk, they were able to accommodate us right away and help us out. Other than that, we had a great stay and would definitely come back!

Lo que no incluye es estacionamiento, de hecho te cobran aparte. Además que vigilancia me dijo que no había espacio en su estacionamiento y tenía que buscarle por otro lado para estacionarme. Entonces no crean que sea seguro que su auto tenga espacio en el estacionamientos es muy chico su estacionamientos pero yo le insistí que entonces qué opción y si había tres espacios. Su desayuno toros los días es lo mismo

I believe the room is to small for the price they charge me the hot water take so long so you have to wait long time to take a shower plus we have a problem with the card to open the door and I reported it to the administration and they never fix it they didn’t give me other room I ask for a discount the manager pretends that she didn’t ear

El desayuno muy malo , el lugar del comedor muy básico , sillas plásticas ? La habitación qte nos dieron no tenía aire acondicionado, nos enfermamos por eso , hasta que nos cambiaron a una que si tenía

La recepcionista del turno vespertino con mala actitud y desinformada, nos hizo pasar dos malos ratos. Instalaciones, limpieza, aire y desayuno todo bien

La ubicación perfecta y el personal muy amable

Of all you need is a place to sleep, it’s ok. I checked in and my room didn’t have towels, basic toiletries (soap and shampoo) or a working air conditioning. I asked the front desk to send towels and I ended up having to go get them myself after a while. I asked for a room change given that the AC was not working. The other room was slightly better, but the hotel is in clear need for some basic renovations. It’s run down. Staff are friendly and vrrh professional and the rooms are clean. Great location in Reforma.
