전체 평가 및 리뷰 Jumeirah Al Naseem Dubai

주변 풍경과 호텔시설 모두 좋았고, 직원들 다들 친절하고 편안했습니다. 작은 컴플레인 에 대해서도 적극적으로 대처 해 주는 모습에 좋은 호텔이라는 생각이 들었습니다. 다음에 두바이에 오게 된다면 또 투숙 하고 싶어요 !

At first when I visited the 1st room, it was not the ocean view which the Hotels.com promised. After I double checked with the hotel management and then I realized there is a discrepancy between the Jumeirah Al Naseem hotel and hotels.com. However, after I claimed, the hotel changed the 1st room in the floor without ocean view to 2nd room with great ocean view, and I finally satisfied. It was a wonderful moment for me to heal myself at Al Naseem hotel.

호텔에서는 편안하고 잘 쉬다왔습니다. 하지만 프론트데스크 서비스가 불친절했습니다. 방도 늦게 준비되서 한참기다려야했는데 아무도 연락을 주지않아 직접 찾아가 방을 받았습니다. 그리고 하프보드로 예약을 했는데 예약이 안되었다고 음식 먹은걸 지불하라 해서 적잖히 당황스러웠습니다. 핸드폰 앱으로 예약한 내용을 보여줬음에도 계속 영어로된 증명서를 보여달라고 해서 미리 프린트해간 영수증을 보여줬더니 그제야 아무말도 없이 됐다고 해서 황당하고 불편한 경험이였습니다. 사과도 없어서 마지막에 너무 불쾌했습니다.

두바이에서 최고의 위치와 프라이빗 비치를 가진 호텔이라고 할 수 있슴. 버즈 알 아랍이 바라다 보이고 각종 시설(비숙박시 유료)을 무료로 이용 할 수 있는 두바이 최고의 호텔(가성비갑)이라고 감히 말 할 수 있슴. 두바이에 갈꺼면 무조건 주메이라 알 나심(외 주메이라 3개호텔)을 이용하시라고 하고 싶음 가깝게 에미레이츠몰까지 셔틀이 하루종일 운행하고 있어서 값싸고 질좋은 쇼핑(식사)등이 매우 가능함

Our family had a great time here at Jumeirah Al Naseem. The hotel room was very clean and neat. Taking advantage of the family lounge was absolutely useful. Swimming pool was great and we enjoyed the beautiful scenery at the beach. All staffs were very kind. Especially Rebecca who was in her internship helped us a lot getting used to the hotel.(Thank you Rebecca for your kindness!) We will definitely look foward to come to this hotel again.

Paradise

As soon as we entered the hotel, we unfortunately had a problem with Catherine at the reception and she demoralized the hotel that we came to with great enthusiasm. She drove us crazy by giving the same answers to our requests as if she were a computer or a virtual representative. In addition, although the hotel called us the day before to confirm what time we would arrive, our room was not ready when we arrived. Since you want us to call and confirm by phone, I don't understand why the room was still not ready when we arrived. In addition, I think the hotel staff is unhappy and uninterested. The room comfort was nice, but all the chocolates brought to the room had ants in them! Sloppy! Only the restaurants of the hotel were nice, that's all.

Excellent facilities, clean and friendly straff. Would love to visit again.

Fantastisk service og fabelagtigt lokation. Dejligt hotel dog ikke på niveau med One&Only. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen.

It was perfect, the accommodations, the wonderful efficient service and the high standards

We have been loyal guests for years, with Long stays multiple times per year. During our last visit (November 2024) we were extremely disappointed and won‘t return anytime soon. The amenities are simply dated at this point. We had to move our room multiple times. There were plenty of damages in the rooms and they were not properly cleaned either. We Even had hair on the bed in our first room! The hotel used to be a peaceful oasis, now there are multiple restaurants & bars that play loud music at night. The staff had no clue were exactly the music came from or how long it would go, which is another no-go! The music ran until 1 AM by the way! The beds/ matresses were super old and laid through - in all three rooms as well. We left the hotel with back pain. When we checked in, nobody remembered us or greeted us accordingly, despite staying at the hotel, like they used to, despite this being our 7th stay in 3 years. Also important to mention: we had constant issues with wifi in the rooms. The wifi was so bad, we could not even stream a YT video. We sincerely hope that the hotel can return to it’s old glory with some much needed renovations, updates and upgrades and that the management will overthink their new „party crowd“ approach. The current price point is absolutely not justified.

Gym management no good they didn’t let us use the towel for going outside. I got cold. Room service takes too long and sometimes not show up

Beautiful property. staff are very friendly. service is prompt and efficient. rooms main doors are not heavy duty therefore outside noise is loud and clear.
