객실은 매우 만족스럽고 넓고 깨끗합니다.

호텔 이름은 선셋 씨뷰지만 회사 이름만 있습니다. 하지만 아무것도 없습니다. 같은 건물이 보이는 전망만 있습니다.

바다쪽이라고 해서 예약했는데, 체크인 해보니 정원쪽으로 되어있더라구요. 객실에 들어갈 때 바닥이 젖어 있고, 시트가 깨끗하지 않으며, 티슈 및 기계 세탁실 문이 열리지 않습니다. 우리는 오전 11시 40분에 체크아웃했고 그가 늦었다고 해서 RM50을 청구해야 했습니다...뭐든🤷‍♀️

Sesuai untuk yang mencari tempat untuk santai dan lokasi yang sangat strategik.

Aircond tidak sejuk & aircond filter langsung tidak di sevice/ cuci. Towel pengelap kaki juga tidak di ganti. Washing machine juga tidak dapat digunakan.

Boleh la, tidak berapa selesa.

Apartemen yang bagus dan dekat dengan Mall Imago, sangat cocok untuk liburan keluarga apalagi pengantin baru, fasilitas sangat lengkap. Namun ada kesulitan mencari kantor nya karena terpisah dengan apartemen.

No sea view, expensive, I rather go stay hotel.

The reception unable to check us in on time (1 hour late). Being checked in to different block & further block. No make up room were done during our stay. No drinking water were refill. Maintenance on duty have no effort to assist in locating the air-conditioning main switch (wait until the next day). Broken room door. Overall poor and disappointing service.

The unit is very comfortable and clean but the shopping mall and surrounding is not properly maintained. The parking area for guest is very inconvenient where the car park are poorly designed. Normally guest or residence car park should have their own lift that goes to the unit and goes to the car park.

Service not good, need more time to get the key.

Sunset & sea view vacation condo city centre sangat memuaskan sangat besar sangat selesa, dan paling menarik pemandangan sangat cantik, service juga amat memuaskan, kawasan luar dan dalam penginapan sangat bersih dan selamat, parking kereta juga ada disediakan, pengurusan yang cepat dan harga amat memuaskan, mesra pelanggan.

Everything was great. Comfortable. But I prefer the previous unit that I stay because of the sunset view.
