It was great experience to be in such an awsome hotel

I had 2 nights stayed here and I feel like I should have more because I couldn’t get enough of the room! I really really like the room! They have high ceiling and the details on the furniture are beautiful! The hotel provided us an iPad to place an in room dining, laundry pick up service etc! I always appreciate a little touch such as Bluetooth connection, I personally like to play and hear the music from every corner of the room. In room dining I ordered; Pan seared salmon, Beef burgers, Beef spaghetti, Caesar salad and Club sandwich. All food were taste great!! A story to tell, A night before my flight schedule, I had to buy extra luggage for all souvenirs that I bought in Tianjin. I didn’t know that malls in Tianjin are closed at 9pm. I went to iSetan where is next to the hotel and found out that it’s closed ! I rushed to hotel and asked the concierge to find any luggage stores that is still open. The guy made a several calls and then he said there is one mall that close at 9.30 pm. The concierge asked the bell boy to go with us to the mall to help us, and he helped us a lot! I really thank god for them ! I definitely will stay in Four Seasons Tianjin again if I have a chance to visit Tianjin next time.
