Great location. Nice hotel, great staff.

Very clean, very helpful staff. However the room was uncomfortably small for two and I have stayed in some very small rooms in the past in NYC and Chicago. If you choose this hotel make sure to choose a larger size room. There was nowhere to put our clothes, no receptacles, and our suitcases (which were not that big) could not be left lying down. So we had to switch out our clothes every day. One side of the bed was against the wall so I had to crawl in and out of it. Also, we were supposed to be offered something for our gold status but when I inquired the front desk person refused. Again, spotless and other staff that was very helpful, but also uneven. If you choose this hotel for more than one night opt for a larger room at the minimum.

It's an excellent location, very close to Euston station. The breakfast is very nice too, and the bed is very comfy. It was the smallest hotel room I've ever seen though! Nowhere for my bag to go, or my bathroom items

Terrific location... and sure the rooms are compact , like a cruise ship, but 100% new and they have all the right stiff, great bed, big screen TV to watch world cup, excellent WiFi, bathroom and shower nice. only 5 to 10 min. walk to 2 major London Transport hubs, including one that has direct cheap LHR airport connection. Lots of restaurant and pub choice nearby. And we will be back!

Room was as advertised, very small but highly practical. Great location. Clean and comfortable. Would return without a doubt

Best aircon I’ve experienced anywhere, perfect for this heat. My first time in one of these posed rooms, but it served its purpose for a 1 night stay. Mind the step into the hotel. Staff were all excellent, and friendly

Great hotel, and the best location! But let me warn you the rooms are very very small make sure the person that you are traveling with is someone very close to you. Nevertheless everything was very clean and the staff is very friendly. We will be back!

Bien ubicado, Desayuno aceptable pero MUY AMABLE la persona encargada y pendiente de tus necesidades! Nunca tuvieron ningún detalle por ser Gold de Expedía, pedí dejar la habitación un poco más tarde y me fue negado, No obtuve upgrade de habitación , Aire acondicionado perfecto, habitación muuy pequeña pero cómoda y limpia!

Reservation et paiement d’avance. Le jour de mon arrivée la climatisation etait en panne sur tout un étage, cela ne les a pas empêché de me donner une chambre à fenêtre condamnée, sans ventilation, sans climatisation lors d’une semaine de canicule alors qu’ils connaissaient la panne depuis plusieurs heures. Résultat on s’installe, on essaie plusieurs fois d’activer la Clim, on fini par comprendre avec d’autres clients que c’est HS et j’ai dû lourdement insister pour qu’on me change de chambre, toujours sans climatisation mais avec une fenêtre qui s’ouvre de 10 centimètres pour « respirer » Inadmissible

Apesar do quarto ser muito pequeno, os funcionários são super atenciosos, principalmente o Lourenco no café da manhã, o cara tem uma energia e simpatia que deixa seu dia mais leve!!
