방은 깨끗하고 직원들은 모두 친절했어요. 짐보관은 시간에 관계없이 2유로이며, 카르카손 성채마을하고 가까운 편이지만 역에서는 걸어서 30분이 넘으니까 짐이 있으면 꼭 버스 타고 움직이세요. 캐리어를 끌고다닐만한 도로가 아니에요. 호텔 주변에 변변한마트가 없으니 필요한 물품은 미리 사서 들어가세요

This is a budget hotel so it really doesn't have any frills. It suited me fine because it was clean and I had a comfortable sleep. It was great value for money. The breakfast is really good even though there are no cooked elements to it. The staff are helpful. I appreciated that. If you're staying for a night or two it's fine but it wouldn't be ideal for a longer stay. Plus, it is quite a long walk from the historic centre. However, there is a regular bus service.

With a little bit of acclamation this is a perfect spot... I think anyone will be pleased with it

The room was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Ideally, I would have just liked the hotel to be closer to La Cite. There is a handy Lidl store.

Camas desconfortáveis. Pequeno almoço muito básico e sem produtos frescos. Ar condicionado não fazia frio.

Extremely impressed. I need my stuff to be clean so I will spot the tiniest things. The bed was extremely clean and rather comfortable. Shower did the job and not that far of a walk to the City / Castle area. You’ve also got Lidl 10 mins away if you need to buy basics like toothpaste, water or a couple snacks. Staff were wonderful both check-in and checkout. They both went above and beyond and were super welcoming. I’ll definitely be considering this exact hotel again if I pop down to Carcassonne again. Merci!

Hotel a 20min andando del centro. Parquing. Habitacion correcta. No hay secador de pelo. Personal muy amable. Desayuno buffet de pago.

Chambre et salle de douche petites mais fonctionnelles et propres. Une rénovation a du être faite. Choix largement suffisant pour une nuit. Le supplément pour notre chien est raisonnable avec un tarif fixe à 5€. Petit bémol pour le lit superposé qui n’était pas fait.

It was inexpensive and about a 10 minute to 15 minute walk to the medieval walled city. Breakfast was Continental with the usual pastries, toast, cereal, yogurt, coffee, juice, and cold cuts. The room was good. The water in the shower was hot so no complaints.
