호텔이라기보단 BnB 느낌입니다. 청소도 안 해주고, 체크인 하고 아무 서비스가 없었습니다, 수건도 모자랐구요. 체크인 할 때도 방 준비가 되어 있지 않아서 기다렸습니다. 리노베이션 한지 얼마 안 돼서 깨긋하기는 하지만, 욕실의 물이 새서 바닥이 미끄럽고...

체크 인을 위해서 호텔스닷컴에 나와있는 체크인 시간인 2시에 세차례나 전화를 했지만 전화를 받지 않았고, 직접 찾아가서 문을 두드리고 벨을 눌러도 연락이 되지 않았슴. 다행이 이웃에게 연락이 되서 한시간이 지나서 오라고 해서 근처에서 점심을 먹고 4시에 찾아 갔더니 호텔스닷컴의 체크인 시간이 잘못된거고 오히려 우리에게 체크인 시간이 3시인데 4시에 왔다고 화를 냄. 와이파이는 아예 불통이고 보일러도 작동이 되질 않아서 우리 가족은 겨울 오리털파커를 입고 잤다. 한 사람이 샤워를 하고 나니 더운물이 나오지 않아서 샤워도 못했고, 침구랑 식기는 먼지가 가득해서 사용도 할 수 없었고, 18일간의 휴가중 최악의 숙소였다. 누가 묻더라도 이 곳은 권하고 싶지 않다. 진정 최악의 숙소다.

Logement parfaitement situé. Le canapé contrairement a l annonce ne se convertit pas en lit ... attention logement pour 6 personnes et non 8 .. Du café et du thé a disposition rendrait le sejour plsu agréable. Salle de bain sous dimensionné par rapport au nombre de voyageurs

The apartment has an untreated humidity problem leading to a strong smell of mould. There are spiders and spider webs everywhere. We asked the landlord to send someone to remove the webs, they never did.

Great views very nice place and great communication throughout

We loved this place from top to bottom - yes there are stairs but we are fit! This was stunning - right on the Ribeira at the bridge with a view of the bridge from our enormous comfy bed! How amazing! So centrally located. The restaurant downstairs had great tapas and we enjoyed the apartment immensely! I would recommend it highly to everyone! Thank you so much!

Property was clean and as described. Located in the heart of Porto. Only concern was parking is scarce and street noise might bother some if sleeping in front bedrooms.

The hosts were amazing! So helpful in helping us find parking (there is a little street right in front of the apartment where you can park overnight for free--as long as you get a spot). It's a perfect location within the city. The only downside is the smell; it was quite musty. But you can't beat the views, location and service! Would stay here again!

Boven verwachting goed. Verzorging was fijn, alles was aanwezig. Gastvrij. Nette kamers, pooltafel was een leuke onverwachte bonus. Mochtdn zelfs 2 uur later uitcheclen omdat dit beter aansloot bij onze vlucht.

While the design of the apartment is quite special, and the rooms are clean. The thing I would complain are the bathroom and toilet. The bad smell reflux from the drainage in the bathroom, so we need to bath with the bad smell. The water is so slow and not hot enough, some of my family told me they are shivering while bathing... Also..the toilet is not stable...I mean if you sit on it, it will move! Definitely the bathroom and toilet need some revamp...

The unit looked great when you first walked in, but you realize quickly that the apartment required 6 plug in scent devices to mask the odours caused by damp environment and sewer smell from bathroom. Also lighting was was very inadequate in kitchen and bathroom. Dining room chairs were too low to sit at a pool table converted to a dining room table. As I first said when you first walk in it looks great, just not practical to live in.

位置很好，缺点：1.不方便停车；2.只有一间浴室；没法住6个人以上，沙发不能打开，只能躺沙发上。

A estadia foi MARAVILHOSA. Com certeza eu voltaria lá e indicaria o flat para outras pessoas. O ambiente é lindo, espaçoso e confortável. Não vejo a hora de poder voltar. Localização perfeita, próximo à ponte principal na Ribeira, onde ficam os restaurantes, funicular, teleférico, etc.

The location of the apartment was A+. The apartment was very clean and well taken care off. My complain is that I had the bottom apartment and there was no windows to open. I felt like I was in a cave and did not sleep well. I bet the other apartments had great views. If not for that it would have been perfect.
