Perfect for family travel!

Been coming here for 10 years and it is normally excellent. This time some areas seemed a little tired and the food wasn't quite as good as in the past. Still excellent compared to other hotels, but it seems like the standards have dropped. For example, range of food and lighting that was flickering or on its way out. Some excellent theme nights last year, but not this time. The other thing is you need to sort out reception wait times. This is not something I experience to the same extent elsewhere. Perhaps look into the range of the most common queries and try to tackle some of these another way.

Air conditioning could max go down to 22 C but ended up just below 24 C so not easy to get sleep. On another stay they rolled TV for football match but they did not want to do it on this occasion- WC qualifying. Not impressed by the food. Otherwise friendly staff and great facilities.

Great stay, would highly recommend

Stort fint rum tyvärr smutsigt på toaletten. Poolen området. Bästa servicen fick vi av. Killen som tog våra väskor när vi åkte hem. Poolmaten var inte bra på lugna sidan. Tog tid innan maten kom. Frukosten var under all kritik. Fanns inga tallrikar, smutsigt överallt och barn som tog på all mat och maten var ljummen.

The only reason we didn't give 5 stars was due to the breakfast service - we stayed bed and breakfast as there are loads of restaurants to chose from in P de Mogan - but I dont expect to come down to breakfast in a 5 Start hotel to be met with no plates and no cutlery even if the hotel is busy - this happened on 8 out of our 10 days and we tried going earlier and later for breakfast it made no difference - come on Radisson you can do better than this!

We had an amazing time with our family. The resort feels very safe with plenty of options for children to play and make friends.

Excellent. A wonderful stay. The hotel facilities are fantastic, particularly for families with babies and primary aged children. There is a supermarket 2 mins walk and the village of Mogan is beautiful. Staff at the Raddison Blu were lovely from check/in to check-out and manager Rebecca particularly helpful. We will book again for next year as soon as flights are available.

Das Hotel liegt circa 15 Minuten fußläufig vom Hafen in Mogan entfernt. Dort gibt es eine Vielzahl an schönen Geschäften und guten Restaurants. Das Hotel ist sehr groß und wird überwiegend von Familien mit Kindern gebucht. Das Hotel ist ingesamt recht gepflegt und wirkt an der einen oder anderen Stelle in die Jahre gekommen ( z.B. Zimmer: die Bäder sind zwar modernisiert, jedoch wirken die Fugen und die Fliesen recht ungepflegt) Das Frühstücksbuffet ist super. Alles frisch und eine tolle Auswahl. Was uns jedoch gestört hat ist, dass ab 08:30 Uhr „high noon“ am Buffet war und man Schlange stehen muss, um einen Platz zugewiesen zu bekommen. Wer morgens gerne ohne diesen Trubel in den Tag starten möchte, sollte kein Problem damit haben um 07:30 Uhr am Buffet zu sein. Ab Juni ist in Mogan Nebensaison und viele Restaurants schließen für einige Wochen bzw. sogar Monate.

Ottimo soggiorno! Da ritornare

Been here for last 4 years and absolutely love it. Our only issue this time was flies in the restaurant landing on food (particularly meats and cheese) not sure if there was an island problem as this has never been a problem before .

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und gepflegt, was mir sofort aufgefallen ist. Das Essen war absolut fantastisch – frisch, abwechslungsreich und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder!

Un hôtel propre et convenable. Ce n’est pas vraiment du niveau des hôtels « radisson blue ». La nourriture était très médiocre.

Alles, aber das Buffet ist unglaublich, sowohl Qualität als auch abwechslungsreich! Das Personal ist sehr nett und sehr freundlich!

Leisure facilities were good but not happy with the dining options. Also whilst the cleaning of the room was good still water was not replaced once the first two bottles were finished.
