아주 깨끗하고 방이 넓고 좋아요 최고 입니다

Beautiful room with a fabulous view to match. Staff were very courteous. Enjoyed our stay there. Picture shows the view from our room.

We had the Family Suite which was beautifully decorated. Hotel was close to a shopping stretch just next door with many dining options. Dinner Buffet was sumptuous, a very good selection of wester and Chinese food. Staff were attentive and responded quickly to requests.

Nice and relaxing resort. Staff is friendly and we also got a free upgrade to a room with the garden and hills view. There's a campfire outside the hotel each night. The hotel is about 15 mins drive away from the jiuzhaigou entry and you can easily catch a taxi from there. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

施設は清潔でいうことはありませんでした。 ただ、ヒルトンホテルだったら、食事でも感動できたら、というのが正直な感想です。 決して美味しくないというわけではありませんが、もっとレベルの高いものを期待していました。

国慶節直前にオープンしたばかりだったので、ホテルもお部屋も綺麗。一般的なルームクリーニングなどのホテルサービスはまだまだ平均に追いついておらず、教育が必要。が、有名な観光地とは言え中国の田舎で英語を話せるスタッフがいるのは外国人にとっては重要なポイントだと思う。 九寨溝のチケットを事前にメールで問い合わせ、到着後も親身になってトライしてくれたが、国慶節期間、また地震後オープンしたばかりということもあってか結局観光出来なかったのは残念だった。外国人の個人での観光は不可能に近いのであれば(祝日期間)、今後はホテルでチケット購入可能などのサービスを期待したい！中国では難しいことはわかるけれど。。 九寨溝以外にも美しい観光地があり、かつスタッフも気持ちの良い対応の方々ばかりでとても良い滞在だった。今度こそ九寨溝を訪れたい！

the hotel is still very new and still being built. Everything is super clean. Staff is very helpful and friendly too.

The hotel is new and the rooms are comfortable and quite luxurious. The buffet restaurant is a nice environment but the breakfast/dinner food standard was just ok. Staff were good and spoke English. The only real downside to the hotel is that the local area is pretty much a building site, but this won't bother you too much as you can take a taxi easily to Jiuzhaigou.
