Nice accommodation and room service

when I was do booking, it was saying 1 queen bed and single bed ,when I was check in,I was shocked they provide just 1 queen bed for 3 person? I ask to persons Who assign that day ,so they decide to change my room and they called me. I should need to pay extra 250 pesos for bed and ask me to transfer again to the first room and they will bring me a extra bed so that they will not charge to me for extra bed. i didn't react directly because my parents was there to transfer and transfer to other room. so I decided to pay that amount and stay that room. about the breakfast:they said my booking good for 2 for person only .when I was complaining, it's sai its ok madam aircon not cold at all! about the total amount when I was check out :they charge me 1,200 person I was complaining again ,I was remember I should owe them only 250 for extra bed and 100 for swimming pool . she check and make again the receipt and change the amount of 350 pesos not arranging at all.

A strategic compound, anything you need just a walking distance. Just too bad, they don't serve fresh milk at breakfast, I need that for my coffee.

food options was limited specially if your a muslim. some staff are not cordial

Their swimming pool is not for free..t’was like what? P100 per head/day. Wow! That was my first time staying in a hotel where basic amenities aren’t for free. Their food isn’t that tasty neither. No slippers available in the room. I paid extra p590 just for transferring the matress. Oh!

Staff needs training on hospitality. How much does it cost for a smile? At the restaurant, you have to keep on telling the crew that there is no coffee or milk anymore. They should check these without waiting for the guest to ask them and this happens for two mornings. I also approached 4 crew to give me spoon and fork which took them at least 10 minutes.

I reserved my room in the afternoon, then I checked in at 22:00 hrs. Surprised that my room wasn’t available as the receptionist said. And she said wait for 15 minutes while they’re preparing my room. Finally I got my room at 2315, so it was exactly 1 hour 15 minutes waiting in the lobby. While I was waiting, I kept checking with her colleagues the status of my room, already available or not. But she looked like didn’t care too much and kept singing & really enjoyed with the live in the lobby. She is not supposed to work as front office, she makes more bad reputation to mallberry hotel. No respect at all!!!

All hotel staff are very accommodating, Very good amenities. May i suggest installing bidets? All in all highly recommended!

Our stay was the best we can expect, We were treated like we paid the highest room rate when really we only paid a fraction of the actual room price thanks to Traveloka, a highly recommended hotel to stay when in CDO. The buffet breakfast is the best I’ve had anywhere.

Clean room with bar ref, cable tv, closet, bed and small receiving table. Lounge chair. The bathroom is wide with bathtub in it. No prob with water. Towels are clean. But the main highlight is the breakfast. The best breakfast buffet so far that's why we always choose this hotel. Aside from its strategic location, reasonable price, the breakfast is good 👌👌👌

The staff was rude. Food was bad. No parking space was available for our car.

We always had a great stay everytime. They allowed us to check in 30mins before and it was fast. Breakfast was great. Always our go to hotel in cagayan de oro.

The hotel was actually nice but there’s this incident when i called the front desk to ask about the breakfast around 9am, he (front desk guy) answers the phone with no greeting at all. No good morning and thank you which i find really rude. Considering that every employee in the hotel that i came across at the hallways greets. And front desk queuing sucks, u have to wait for like 15mins minimum to be served. For my check out, i waited 25mins standing.

It was great! The food was great, the service was great. Overall I think I'll rate this one as 9/10.

As a whole the experience was good but please be prompt upon the standard check which is 2pm, we already check in late at about 3:30 pm and hoping that I can already rest and yet we need to wait for 20 mins since the room is not yet fix. So I said, since we waited for 20 min then we can extend our check out the following day at 12:20 pm. Accdng to the receptionist, no it can't be. So next time don't let your customer wait if you can't even return a bit the inconvenience.

I've been staying on this hotel for the nth times already. I love the ambiance and location the most, keep goin, but I will suggest that you'll upgrade your internet services, grazie millè.
