친절한 직원, 깨끗한 객실, 합리적인 가격

객실 상태는 좋고, 전망은 아름다우며(5층), 비품과 음료는 매일 항상 깨끗하고 양호하게 제공됩니다. 위치도 매우 편리하고, 직원들은 5박 동안 머무는 동안 친절하고 도움을 많이 주었습니다. 물과 에어컨도 잘 작동했습니다. 호텔은 갈라시티 몰 바로 옆에 위치해 있고, 600m 거리에 푸드코트도 많이 있습니다.

The outlook of the hotel didn't look fantastic, but the rooms and showers were good and clean. Hotel location was convenient. RM7 (as of Aug 2022 Grab car rate) from Airport to Hotel. Only issue we had was, some friends of ours had money stolen from the room. They are now pending checks with the hotel to know what happen. So please make sure to carry your money with you and not leave in the hotel.

The staff not helpful and bad attitude when we check in

When we make an reception or booking in this hotel, ok, we ask again, 1 large bed room with smoking room, however, only twin bed and the pricing is different, and with no polite reception, and unsatisfy person. Please train a good front man. And the room a bit dirty, honestly, this is my fifth time staying in this hotel.

Pelayanan sangat bagus dengan berbagai kemudahan dan keramahan pelayanan.

The hotel was situated really near from the airport. Check in was easy and fast. Hotel staff were friendly and very helpful as well. The room I booked was a double single bed room and it was really nice clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed our overnight stay there. Would definitely stay again.

hotel is clean. the room is spacious. it has all the toiletries. sound proof is not that good. you can hear a lot of noices outside the room. breakfast is just so so. not much choices. fast check-in and check-out.

Hotel staff consider good but the problem is that the hotel is too calculative. I was asking for an extra blanket, and they told me need to charge MYR50 per night for it. Imagine staying at a budget hotel by only paying MYR110++ per night but need to pay MYR50 for a blanket which is half the price of the hotel. First time staying in this hotel and hope won't be the last.
