Baik. Tapi bilik agak kecil dan aircond tidak sejuk.

Small room but they provide everything: hair dryer, water boiler and WiFi.

The customer service is good. The room a bit small but still okey. Overall are good.

1. Receptionist (the man) was not friendly at all! Paid extra RM10 for Tourist tax although I told them I am holding a work visa. The guy is irritating having a smile which annoys me so much! Negative and looks like he's not happy to welcome us. To be fair the lady seems to be nice so we checked in ok. 2. Location: many pubs that plays loud music. Not good for family stay at all. 3. I requested for a nice view they gave me the 'rubbish' view.

Clean, friendly staff and plenty of coffee shop around.

So far everything okay. But the bed made my parents and I feel body itchy and cannot sleep well. The environment a bit noisy with so many pubs around.

I didn't like the fact that the bathroom door is made of almost transparent glass

room too small... not really enough for 2 people stay even standard twin room... light very dark, feel no comfort... hope can make some improvement... thanks you

Everything is great except the night club..

no parking. summon by police because parking in front of the hotel and didn't warned by the hotel management. !
