즐거운 숙박 되세요. 체크인할 때 이라 씨의 도움을 받았는데, 덕분에 방을 업그레이드받았고 정말 좋았습니다.

벌써 두 번이나 묵었는데, 주변에 가게가 많아서 호텔 밖에서 식사를 사 먹기 편하고 좋았습니다. 방도 넓고 조리 도구도 잘 갖춰져 있었어요. 다만 아쉬운 점은 수건을 새것으로 바꿔줬는데도 얼룩이 남아있는 수건이 몇 개 있었다는 거예요.

이곳은 제가 쿠알라룸푸르에 갈 때마다 가는 곳이에요. 정말 돈 한 푼 한 푼 다 가치 있는 곳이에요:)

Pro: Comfortable and spacious room. Clean and neat. Convenient and near to many shops and food. Many restaurants in shopping mall. Con: Shower gel empty and not fill up on first day. Room service quite late 2pm.

Saya menempah 5 bilik untuk family saya hotel yang bagus, di kawasan yang ada banyak kedai2 makan. cuma kekurangan dari segi kebersihan:- - lantai yang berdebu, - towel yang koyak dan kuning bertompok. - bantal yang lembik. - hygiene sangat teruk. toilet tak bersih, microwave sangat kotor - kekurangan parking untuk guest hotel Servis dan layanan pekerja memang TIPTOP terutama front desk.

Hotel yang bagus, cuma kekurangan parking untuk guest dan juga lantai agak berdebu. air conditioning juga kurang memuaskan. sejuk di ruang tamu tapi agak panaa di dalam bilik. overall untuk services dan layanan memang tiptop.

I have been checking in your hotel numerous times and I was quite happy with the quality of cleanliness. Unfortunately not during my most recent stay. I must say that the cleanliness of the pillows are much to be desired. The few pillows on the bed have very unpleasant smell...tgey don't smell fresh at all, to the extent that I think they are dirty.

The accommodation was nice and comfy. Reserve with discounted price, worth the price, like it. Definitely with return if similar offer is given.

This is my 2nd time staying in this property. Staff are friendly and very helpful too. Love the layout of the unit, facilities provided and the convenience of the location 👍

Great service, excellent hotel / service apartment with all facilities, convenient since has direct access to mall.

This is not the first time I stay at Somerset. Main reason I like Somerset is the good location and the convenience of having kitchen attached. So far I had a pleasant stay with my husband and kid despite some issue on the cleanliness i.e. bed without bedsheet and floor isn’t that cleaned. Thankfully to the kind staff helped us clean asap after we requested. Also to note that the kitchen cutlery not cleaned thoroughly and I have to wash everything before using it. Some can see stains. Other than that overall condition is fine and we had pleasant stay for 2 nights. Thanks!

The hotel had a great location, new amenities and pretty warm staffs. However, I came back with a leg full of bed bug bites, I don’t know if it’s from the cushions in the hall or the bed. I suspected it came from the bed. The price we paid is considered quite high for the small apartment hotel that can only house 2 adults. The facilities are quite new despite. We missed our room keeping, hence we had to get refills and all. The lifts are not connected as you will need to switch from one to connect to the car park or mall. It’s a real hassle when you need to move around with toddlers or babies. Bedding was a bit dirty too.

Air conditioner quite hot. can not setting below 20 degree.

I love everything about this hotel. The swimming pool is huge. Room is great. I have always loved rooms with kitchenettes.
