Place is as advertised. Very clean, well furnished, good AC, strong wifi signal. However, I was not informed that parking was not included in the booking. P770 parking fee for a 24-hour stay is just too much! Better not bring a car if staying here.

We had a great staycation in the place.

Good service with the tenant but I don't like the guards at the lobby, they're very unaccommodating. but overall it was a good experience. we'll definitely come back.
