좋아요 흠잡을게 없음. 주인이 완벽주의자 같아요. 조식도 재료를 좋은 걸 써요. 단지 Dont disturb버튼 눌렀는데도 방에 들어와서 청소하고 갔다는 것.

Xlnt property, clean and staff very welcoming. Great location - walking distance to Ortesei hub. It was disappointing to learn that if you wanted to use the kitchen in the room you booked , you would be charged an additional 20Euro per night. Also didn’t provide tea and coffee (had to ask for it separately. But everything else was amazeballs

Absolutely amazing! We had the perfect ski family vacation at this fantastic hotel. The location, staff, breakfast, and facilities were all top-notch. Everything exceeded our expectations—highly recommended!

We got a free upgrade which was nice. No issues with the room. Good breakfast every morning. Hotel was walking distance to restaurants and shops and lift to Sedeca. Would stay here again.

The hotel is in a former villa that was converted into the hotel so the building is very impressive. The grounds of the former villa is now a park. It is located within 5 mins of the airport. There is a restaurant in the hotel that serves complimentary breakfast and dinner. The quality of our dinner was OK, not great, but it was convenient. We returned our rental car the night before we were scheduled to depart and hotel sent a van to pick us up. We also took the shuttle to the airport the next morning. Very efficient and convenient.

Nice, clean, property, friendly staff, good breakfast. Only caveat, the noise from the main road outside the window.

Great hotel in downtown Ortesei. Walking distance to everything, and very convenient parking. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. Highly recommend. Great value!

The manager was so kind to us. The breakfast has an amazing view. The room was excellent and we parked our car in the hotel with no costs.

We had such an incredible stay here, the location was perfect for our walking, the breakfast was amazing and the staff very welcoming and friendly.

I loved this hotel and the town it’s in. It’s walking distance to so much and the restaurant they recommended us to go to was delicious. The breakfast here was amazing too. Super clean and a very comfortable bed which is hard to come by in Italy. I can’t wait to come back. Amazing service.

Sehr schön eingerichtet Unterkunft in perfekter zentraler Lage

The place and the friendly staff makes you feel like you are at home.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich und professionell. Was uns ein wenig gestört hat sind die Geräusche von der Strasse da unser Zimmer sehr nah an der Hauptstraße war. Dadurch konnten wir nicht mit offenen Fenster schlafen. Leider ging die Klimaanlage nicht und im Zimmer wurde sehr heiß (bis 25 Grad). Zusätzlich war das Zimmer vermutlich ein Teil einer Wohnung. Wir haben uns die Terrasse mit einer Familie geteilt. Die Kinder waren teilweise sehr laut und kamen auch zu uns ins Zimmer um Tischtennis Bälle zu holen (ohne zu klopfen oder fragen). Das Hotel kann dafür nichts, man muss aber nicht solche Zimmer Kombinationen machen. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden das Hotel wieder buchen. Hoffentlich kriegen wir beim nächsten Mal ein besseres Zimmer.
