It was really nice to stay.

Our stay at the Medano Hotel was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had the breakfast included and it was very good. It is very close to a lot of places to eat, Walmart up the road, McDonalds, Medano beach which is safe to swim at & of course the Marina. Small OXXO convenience store right next door for a variety of things. The surrounding area was a bit too noisy at night for our liking, but it is a party place!

This hotel is decent for the price and its proximity to the beach. The property is older and not the most up-to-date. During my stay, I noticed that the hallways leading to the rooms weren’t well maintained, with visible hair on the floors. The wood tables and other surfaces also had hard water or white stains that couldn’t be removed. On the positive side, the staff were very helpful and friendly throughout my stay. However, I experienced difficulty contacting the front desk—calls were busy during my stay, and I wasn’t able to reach them afterward regarding an item I may have left behind. This seems to be an ongoing issue the hotel is aware of, and improving communication and resolving the phone line problems would greatly enhance the guest experience.

This property is very nice. The staff is exceptional. Service in all areas was top notch. Pool is very functional. No fighting for chairs and pool service and food was great. Haven’t had a bad meal here at all. Planned to stay 5 days and ended up staying 9! We will definitely be back.

This property is very clean and the staff is always buzzing around making sure all is squared away. Fernanda, at the front desk, was always pleasant and helpful, as were the other staff. The room was very comfortable, the breakfast always great and tasty while the drinks at the bar at night were expertly crafted and delicious. Hotel is located just a 5 min walk from Medano Beach and some great eats are within a few blocks walk. My partner and I were very happy with this hotel!

Room was clean. Staff was fabulous. Food was excellent and pool was great. Valentina was a gem and took care of us by the pool everyday. Would absolutely stay here again. Close to the Marina with plenty of restaurants nearby.

Worst hotel ever do not book we have two beds reserved for months received a email on day of arrival asking if we need two bed NOTHING will change in our reservation . I responded back with we do need two bed at check in they gave that room away NEVER stay here they tried to put a dirty mattress ON THE FLOOR for my kids to sleep on .

The housekeeping was excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast each day was great with many delicious choices, fresh fruits, and local cuisine. The head waiter, Carlos, was very friendly and made sure my coffee cup was always filled with a delicious brew. I will definitely visit again!

Checkin Staff.

Amenities and staff are great. Just too much noise in the area. Loud music from clubs around can be heard until 2AM on the weekends. We had to book another stay to get away from the noise.
